เบื้องหลังม็อบขยะคือพวกอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยที่ไม่เข้าใจประชาธิปไตยเลย

เรื่องการเมืองตลก ทำไมนักข่าวไทยจึงไปถามท่านพล.อ.ประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ หน.พรรคพปชร.รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าจะเอาใครๆ มาเป็นรัฐมนตรีแทนที่ถูกปลดออก ถามว่ารัฐมนตรีว่างลงแล้วจะมีการปรับคณะรัฐมนตรีไหมล่ะ? อ้าวถามโง่ ๆ แบบนี้ อะไร ๆก็ต้องแก้ไปแบบมีระบบมันอยู่แล้ว ถามโง่ ๆ แบบนี้ ท่านก็คงคิดแบบนี้แหละจึงออกเสียงดังหน่อยว่า ไม่คิด ให้นายกคิด หน้าที่ของนายก ไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของฉัน แล้วนักข่าวไทย ๆ ก็เอาเรื่องนี้ไปขยายออกไปว่าท่านรองนายกฯ ไม่เข้าใจการเมืองไปนู้น ไม่มองตนเองนะ มองคนอื่นว่าผิดคล้ายว่าท่านรองนายกคนนี้ ไม่รู้เรื่องการเมืองทำนองนั้น แบบโง่ๆ ต่อไปอีก เอาไปรวมกลุ่มวิจารณ์ใหญ่เลยราวกับเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เรื่องเป็นเรื่องตายของชาติบ้านเมืองจริง ๆ

 

มาวันนี้ นักข่าวไทยอีก(ช่อง 003 Thai PBS น่ะค่ำ ๆ) เอาเรื่องที่นายกรัฐมนตรีไม่ได้ฉีดวัคซีนเป็นคนแรก ไปวิจารณ์กันใหญ่ ทั้ง ๆที่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาอะไรเลย ตำหนิว่าท่านทำให้คนไทยไม่ไว้วางใจไม่เชื่อมั่นในวัคซีนไปนู้น ทั้ง ๆ ที่มันไม่ใช่ปัญหาอะไรเลย คุณไม่รู้เลยว่านี่เป็นผลงานวิจัยวัคซีนมา ไม่เข้าใจงานวิจัยและนักวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยเลย ....... คือไม่เข้าใจว่านักข่าวแห่งประเทศไทยวันนี้ทำอะไรไร้สติสตังจริง ๆ หากไม่มีความคิดก็อยู่เฉย ๆ ดีกว่านะ ตลก ทุเรศ ดูเหมือนเอาเรื่องไม่เป็นเรื่องมาขยายออกไปทำไม อะไรที่รัฐบาลจะต้องทำ จะต้องแก้ไข จะต้องปรับทำไปเขาก็จะทำอยู่แล้ว ไปถามโง่ๆว่าท่านจะทำไหม? คล้ายๆมองรัฐบาลเหมือนโคกระบือต้องไปกระตุ้นไปจูงอะไรทำนองนั้น ไม่เข้าใจตัวเองเลยจริง ๆ

 

บังเอิญมีการชุมนุม ทีวีช่องนี้ก็พูดไปแบบไปยุพวกชุมนุมไปอีก ว่า การเมืองไม่ตอบโจทก์ภาคประชาชน ไปนู้น(ตัวเองพูดอะไรไปก็ไม่รู้ว่าพูดอะไรด้วยซ้ำ)  ทีวีไทย ข่าวไทยแคบ เหมือนไก่อยู่ในสุ่ม จิกกันเอง ไม่กล้าออกไปดูพม่าด้วยตนเอง เอาเรื่องเล็ก ๆมาขยายความตลอด แล้วเกี่ยวกับการชุมนุม มาชุมนุมกันอีกทำไมล่ะ?  นี่เป็นเรื่องชุมนุมทางการเมือง มองแบบการเมืองแล้วมันไม่ถูกต้อง ก็รัฐบาลเขาผ่านการอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจไปแล้ว ก็หยุดสิ ถือว่าสภาผู้แทนราษฎรคือสภาของประชาชนทั้งประเทศเขาตัดสินไปแล้ว ถือเป็นยิ่งกว่าศาลฎีกาไปอีก คนอื่นไม่มีสิทธิจะมาทำอะไรอีก

 

 นี่พูดเรื่องการเมือง และเรื่องการเมืองนี่แหละ ทำไมครูบาอาจารย์ในธรรมศาสตร์จุฬา และทุกมหาวิทยาลัยไทยก็ว่าได้ พวกสอนรัฐศาสตร์การเมืองนั้นแหละพวกนอก ๆ ด้วย ที่ว่านักวิชาการนั้นแหละ ไม่ออกมาเดินขบวนเองโดยลาออกจากราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยเสีย เพราะขณะที่เป็นครูอาจารย์ศาสตราจารย์ ในมหาวิทยาลัยนั้น ถือว่าเป็นข้าราชการ ที่ต้องทำงานไปตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล นี่คือหลักรัฐศาสตร์การปกครองก็น่าจะรู้จะเข้าใจ เพราะสอนเรื่องการเมืองการปกครองเอง หากข้าราชการไม่ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของราชการก็ไล่ออกไปได้ นี่หลักการปกครองเขาว่าไว้อย่างนี้ แต่ครูอาจารย์ศาสตราจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยทุกวันนี้ดูเหมือนไม่รู้เรื่องเลยว่าตนเป็นข้าราชการที่ต้องทำงานไปตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ไปขัดเขาไม่ได้  เห็นจากการอยู่เบื้องหลังการชุมนุมแม้วันนี้ก็มีกลุ่มธรรมศาสตร์และการชุมนุม นำโดยนางปนัสดารุ้ง ออกมาอีก ไปส่งเสริมปลุกปั่นให้ลูกศิษย์ลูกหาเดินขบวนอย่างนี้ได้อย่างไร  ไปทำการประกันคนนั้นคนนี้ นั่นแหละไม่ถูก ผิดหน้าที่ของข้าราชการ โดยเฉพาะไปยุยงส่งเสริมให้ ใช้กฎหมู่แทนกฎหมาย เอาพวกอันธพาลการเมืองเป็นสภาได้อย่างไร มันไม่ถูกหลักการประชาธิปไตยเลย ต้องไล่ออก ทาง รมว.อุดมศึกษาก็แปลกทำไมไม่ไปดูแลข้าราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยเลย คงไม่รู้เรื่องเหมือนกัน ว่าตนมีหน้าที่อะไร ก็ไปดูมหาวิทยาลัย ให้ปฏิบัติตนแบบข้าราชการเหมือนข้าราชการในกระทรวงทบวงกรมอื่น ๆนั่นไง ทำแบบกระทรวงทบวงกรมอื่นเขา คือเป็นมือเป็นเท้าเป็นแขนเป็นขาเป็นกำปั้น ของรัฐบาลเขา แต่อย่าเป็นมันสมอง มันสมองให้รัฐบาลเขา การเมืองเขา ผู้ปกครองเขา นโยบายเขางานของประเทศจึงจะเดินไปได้

 

ก็มีมหาวิทยาลัยนี่แหละทำไม่ถูกอยู่แห่งเดียวราชการเดียวแบบว่าไม่รู้เรื่องหน้าที่ตนเองอะไรไม่รู้ ทั้ง ๆ ที่เป็นหน่วยปัญญาชนด้วยซ้ำทุเรศละเมืองด้อยพัฒนาประเทศด้อยพัฒนา เราคิดว่าปรับครม.นั้น ควรปรับรมว.อุดมศึกษานี่แหละออก เพราะไม่รู้เรื่องการเมืองเลย ไม่รู้เรื่องข้าราชการในวงการศึกษา ในมหาวิทยาลัยเลย และไล่ข้าราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยออกไป นับแต่อธิการบดีลงมา รวมทั้ง 105 อาจารย์หนุนปฏิวัติสถาบันด้วย เพื่อที่เขาจะได้ไปสังกัดพรรคการเมือง เป็นนักการเมืองเต็มตัวไปเลย หรือจะได้มีโอกาสออกมาแสดงบทบาททางการเมืองอย่างเปิดเผยตามท้องถนนหนทางได้ แบบที่ไปยุนักศึกษาเขาทำเช่นเดียวกัน แบบเดียวกันกับนักศึกษา ประชาชน และนั่นแหละรับผิด รับชอบ ได้ตรงตามกฎหมายการเมืองไปเลย ชัดเจนขึ้น เขาเอาวัคซีนมาฉีดได้แล้วแทนที่จะชื่นชมยินดีกับประชาชนคนไทย กลับทำตนกลัดกลุ้ม เครียดไปเพราะอะไร ? นั่นแหละบทบาทการนักข่าวทีวีไทย แปลกมาก หน้าตาบึ้งตึงไร้รอยยิ้มแสดงออกถึงความเครียดความเกลียดชัง มันก็สร้างปัญหาขึ้นมาแบบไร้เหตุผลเลย การวิจารณ์ต้องใช้ปัญญา

สถานการณ์การเมืองไทยวันนี้ไม่ใช่เผด็จการผ้าขะม้าแดง  2516

เรื่องราวของนิสิต นักศึกษากับการเมืองขณะนี้แท้จริงก็ยังเป็นเรื่องที่ยังไม่เข้าใจกัน ในเรื่องต่าง ๆนั่นเอง ทำไมนิสิตนักศึกษาจึงออกมาชุมนุมทำการการเมืองในมหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ขณะนี้ ซึ่งเป็นเกษตร และรามคำแหง ธรรมศาสตร์ จุฬา เมื่อเรามองจากฝ่ายเรา ที่ไม่ใช่ฝ่ายนักศึกษา เราก็น่าจะมองไปได้ว่า เกิดจากความคับแค้นใจจากประเด็นการเมือง นั่นเอง แต่ในเรื่องความเข้าใจที่ว่านี้ มีมาตั้งแต่การเมืองไทยได้เริ่มวิถีทางคืนอำนาจสู่ประชาชนนั้นไม่ใช่หรือ? คือ การที่มีการเลือกตั้งขึ้นในวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2562 เมื่อ 1 ปีที่แล้วมานั้นเอง นั่นแหละคือการคืนอำนาจอธิปไตยการปกครองประเทศไปให้ประชาชน

 

และผลที่ออกมา ประชาชน 8 ล้านคน เลือกพรรคพลังประชารัฐ 7 ล้านคนเลือกเพื่อไทย และ 6 ล้านคนเลือกพรรคอนาคตใหม่ เมื่อระบบการเมืองเราได้อิงอาศัยอำนาจของประชาชนผู้ออกมายืนยันสิทธิอำนาจของตนคนละ 1 เสียงเพื่อให้ได้คนของประชาชน ตัวแทนอำนาจตนไปปกครองประเทศเช่นนี้ นี่คือความหมายของการเมืองว่า อย่างไร ? ว่าเผด็จการก็คงไม่ใช่นะ ซึ่งเราเห็นว่า ยังไม่เข้าใจกันตรงกันดี เพราะได้มีคนฝ่ายหนึ่งยังมองว่าเป็นการปกครองแบบเผด็จการ สืบเนื่องอำนาจคสช.ต่อมาอีก ซึ่ง ไม่ใช่อย่างที่ว่านั้น

 

จริงอยู่แม้เป็นประชาธิปไตย ที่ยังไม่เต็ม 100 % แต่เราก็มองหลักการใหญ่ในประเด็นอำนาจนั้น มาจากการเลือกตั้ง มาจากประชาชน นี้แหละที่น่าจะเป็นสิ่งที่น่าพอใจไปขั้นตอนหนึ่งแล้ว ครั้นมีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาล ปรากฎว่าพรรคที่ได้ สส.มากที่สุด ไม่สามารถจัดตั้งรัฐบาลได้ เพราะความรวนเร ไร้ระบบที่มั่นคงปรวนแปรไม่เด็ดขาด ทำให้พรรคอื่นไม่กล้าเข้าร่วมจัดตั้งเป็นรัฐบาลด้วยคะแนนสูสีกันมาก ในที่สุดพรรคการเมืองที่ทำการปรองดอง สร้างระบบการเมืองเป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือกว่า แม้มีสส.เป็นอันดับที่ 2 ก็ได้เสนอตนเป็นรัฐบาลแทน และการเป็นรัฐบาลนั้นก็เห็นกันว่ามีผลมาจากคะแนนเสียงที่ปริ่ม สูสีกันเหลือเกิน เมื่อพรรคเพื่อไทยไม่สามารถรวมเสียงถึงระดับที่จะเป็นรัฐบาลได้ ก็ฝ่ายพลังประชารัฐ ที่สามารถรวมพรรคมาร่วมจัดตั้งรัฐบาลได้มากกว่าจึงมีสิทธิ์ขึ้นมา

 

และการที่ได้รับการรับรองจากรัฐสภานั้นแหละ แสดงความหมายว่า รัฐบาลนี้ได้รับการยอมรับจากประชาชน ประชาชนเป็นผู้ตั้งรัฐบาลนี้ขึ้นมา จึงถือว่าเป็นประชาธิปไตยได้..จริงอยู่การที่มี สว.นั้นทำให้พรรครัฐบาลได้เปรียบและคิดเอาเปรียบได้ในอนาคตด้วย แต่นั่นแหละ สส.นั้นเองเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจเบื้องต้น ที่บอกถึงอำนาจเด็ดขาดของประชาชนโดยตรง ตัวอย่างเช่นการไล่รัฐบาล โดยข้อเสนออภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจรัฐบาล เช่นที่เพิ่งผ่านมาแล้วนั้น ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับอำนาจ สส. อย่างเด็ดขาดฝ่ายเดียวไม่เกี่ยวกับวุฒิสภาเลย จึงพอเห็นได้ว่า ประชาธิปไตย อำนาจของประชาชนไทยขณะนี้ มีอยู่ค่อนข้างเต็มอัตรา ตามระบอบประชาธิปไตย อะไรที่เป็นข้อบกพร่อง ที่ทำให้ประชาธิปไตยไทยขณะนี้ไม่เต็ม 100 % จึงเป็นสิ่งที่อาจจะค่อยแก้ไขได้ในระบบรัฐสภานี่เอง(ต้องไม่ใช่ระบบนอกสภาอย่างที่นาธนาธร จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ พยายามทำอยู่ขณะนี้) ...

 

 

นี่แหละน่าเป็นประเด็นที่นิสิต นักศึกษา จะไม่เข้าใจ ว่า มันแตกต่างไปจากเหตุการณ์ยิ่งใหญ่ 14 ต.ค. 2516 มันไม่เหมือนกัน ปี 2516 นั้น เริ่มที่ธรรมศาสตร์ จนเต็มภายในกำแพงชราธรรมศาสตร์แล้ว ไม่มีที่ยืนแล้วก็ล้นออกมาเองนอกธรรมศาสตร์ แล้วมาเต็มสนามหลวง แล้วพลังสามประสาน คือ กรรมกร (เทิดภูมิ ใจดี พาพวกกรรมกรมา) นิสตนักศึกษา(ธีรยุทธบุญมี กับ........) แน่นสนามหลวงแล้วก็เคลื่อนจะข้ามคลองหลอด ตอนนั้นเอง พ.อ......ลูกชายจอมพลถนอม ก็เอาฮ.บินมายิงกราด สกัดนักศึกษาไม่ให้ออกจากสนามหลวง ตายกันไปเป็นแถบ ๆ เลยแต่นั่นกลับเหมือนผึ้งแตกรังไปเลยกั้นไม่อยู่ แล้วจากนั้นก็เกิดการปะทะ ที่ถนนราชดำเนิน หน้าโรงแรมรัตนโกสินทร์ กรมประชาสัมพันธ์นั้นเอง แต่ก็กั้นไม่อยู่ ไปถึงพระบรมรูปทรงม้า ถึงพระราชวังสวนจิตร กลายเป็นเหตุการ 14 ตุลา อันเป็นเรื่องที่แสดงออกถึงพลังนักศึกษาอย่างเด็ดขาด (ไล่เผด็จการถนอมประภาส ไปได้ ถนอมหนีไป แล้วบวชเณรกลับเข้ามาอีกแบบไร้ศักดิ์ศรี) ..

 

 

.แต่เมื่อเรามองไปแล้ว เราก็ต้องคิด ให้สมกับเป็นนิสิตนักศึกษา ผู้ที่มีสติปัญญา ว่าขณะนี้ เราจะคิดไปแบบนั้นไม่ได้ แบบถนอมนั้น กักร่างรัฐธรรมนูญเอาไว้ถึง 10 ปีไม่กระดุกกระดิก มองประชาชนแบบไร้ความหมาย แบบคนไม่รู้เลยว่าจะเอาอย่างไร  มันเป็นการเมืองคนละระบบคนละสถานการณ์  ถนอมนั้นครองระบบเผด็จการแบบ 100% ที่ต่อจากเผด็จการใหญ่สฤษดิ์ ธนรัชต์ จอมเผด็จการมาตรา 17 ที่มีมือปืนนับร้อยคอยคำสั่งฆ่า ใครก็ได้ที่กระด้างกระเดื่องไม่เชื่อฟัง สั่งมือปืนฆ่าทิ้งหมด แบบให้คนทั้งหลายหวาดหวั่นไม่กล้าหือกล้าอือกล้าออ และจอมพลผ้าขาวม้าแดง เอาเงินภาษีประชาชนไปจ่ายเงินเดือนเมียน้อยร้อยกว่าคน(เงินเดือน 5}000 บาท รถเบนซ์ 1คัน บ้าน 1 หลัง ทอง ของประดับอีกต่างหาก แบบเป็นระบบเลย) ได้อย่างคนไทยยุคนั้นไม่กล้าคิดไม่กล้าออกความรู้สึก...แต่วันนี้ เราต้องมองให้ถูกต้อง มองว่ามันคนละระบบการเมือง คนละสถานการณ์การเมือง ต้องมองตรงนี้ให้ถูก เพราะความผิดพลาดทั้งหลายนั้นเกิดจากอวิชชาทั้งสิ้น จะก่อเหตุอันร้ายแรงถึงการวอดวายฉิบหายด้วยความไม่รู้ไม่เข้าใจนั้นเองเสมอไป ....

 

 

และในสถานการณ์วันนี้ สิ่งที่เรานิสิตนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยอันเป็นที่รวมคนมีสติปัญญา ก็น่าจะรู้ว่า สถานการไวรัสโควิด 19 นั้น เป็นสถานการณ์ที่เราจะต้องรอบคอบอย่างที่สุด แบบไม่ให้เกิดความประมาทขึ้นเลย ร้ายแรงระดับสากลโลก ในไทยเราขณะนี้ ที่น่าเป็นห่วงที่สุดก็คือ นิสิตนักศึกษาที่ออกมาชุมนุมการเมืองกันนี่เอง ข้อคิดที่ผิดพลาดอาจจะมาจากดวงจิตดวงใจของนิสิตนักศึกษาเอง ที่พอกพูนความเกลียดชังต่อรัฐบาล ต่อหัวหน้ารัฐบาล มาอย่างผิด ๆ ไปตามการจูงใจ ยั่วยุ หวังใช้ประโยชน์จากนินิต นักศึกษา โดยให้เห็นว่ารัฐบาลไร้น้ำยา ไร้ประสิทธิภาพ รัฐบาลเผด็จการ คสช. มองแบบยุค 16 โดยไม่มองความจริง ไม่แยกสถานการณ์การเมืองอย่างรอบคอบถูกต้องตามที่กล่าวมา   และหากไม่มีความรังเกียจอิจฉาริษยา ว่าแท้จริงรัฐบาลไทยที่มีความทรหดอดทนอย่างสูงจริง ๆ นี่แหละทรงประสิทธิภาพอย่างสูงในการจัดระบบป้องกันไวรัสโควิด 19 นี้ดีกว่าประเทศอื่น ๆ ตามที่องค์การอนามัยโลกและทั้งประธานาธิบดีทรัมพ์ ยังชมเลย ด้วยซ้ำ ....และที่น่าที่ใคร ๆ จะคิดเป็นห่วงคิดระวังมากที่สุดขณะนี้ก็คือนิสิต นักศึกษา ที่มาชุมนุมนี่เอง จะติดไวรัส แล้วจะรับผิดชอบตนเองอย่างไร ?

เราคิดว่า ช่วยตัวเอง ด้วยการมองอะไรมีเหตุมีผลสมกับเป็นปัญญาชน นั้นแหละจะเท่ากับทำประโยชน์แก่ตัวเอง ป้องกันตัวเองได้ ไม่เดือดร้อนคนอื่น ไม่เป็นภาระคนอื่น เราขนาดโตแล้วนี้ยังจะให้คนอื่นมาอุ้มหนีจากไฟ ก็เป็นเรื่องที่น่าละอายน่าสมเพชนะ เราหวังว่าคงจะไม่มีข่าวนิสิต นักศึกษาตายเพราะไวรัสโควิด19 ในที่ชุมนุมการเมืองอยู่ขณะนี้ ขอให้ได้รับความชื่นชมในเรื่องนี้เถอะ...........ดร.ฆิกเมฆ สุวรรณเมฆินทร์, 6 มี.ค. 2563, 08.25 น.

ม็อบสกปรกไร้สาระ คนเรียก ม็อบขยะ ไม่เข้าใจการเมืองเป็นเรื่องของอำนาจ

เอาตัวแทนอำนาจเข้าสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และสภาของประชาชนระดับท้องถิ่นเช่นสภาเทศบาล สภาอบจ. สภา อบต. ...(และซึ่งสืบทอดไปในคณะรัฐบาลผู้บริหาร, ในศาลผู้ใช้อำนาจตุลาการ, 3 อำนาจสูงสุดของประชาธิปไตย และวานนี้ 7 มี.ค.2564 มีเรื่องการเมืองที่คนไทยผู้รักประชาธิปไตยทั้งประเทศให้ความสนใจในฐานะประชาชนประชาธิปไตย นั่นคือ มีการเลือกตั้งซ่อมผู้แทนราษฎรเขต 3 จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (ซึ่งผลออกมาแล้ว พรรค พปชร. ฝ่ายรัฐบาลเป็นฝ่ายชนะอีกครั้ง เป็นการชนะมาตลอดทุกครั้งในการเลือกตั้งช่อมส่วนพรรคก้าวไกล-อนาคตใหม่ก็แพ้ตลอดมาแล้วพรรคนี้ยังไม่รู้จักมองหรือประเมินเสียงประชาชนเลย ทั้ง ๆ ที่อ้างตนเป็นประชาธิปไตยต่อต้านเผด็จการ) 1 คนแทนคนเก่า และซึ่งพรรคการเมืองใหญ่ ๆ ก็ส่งตัวแทนไปเสนอประชาชนกันทั้งนั้นนับแต่พรรค ประชาธิปัตย์ และ พลังประชารัฐ รวมทั้งพรรคกล้าที่ตั้งใหม่ด้วย

 

แต่พรรคที่อ้างว่าตนเป็นประชาธิปไตยที่ต่อต้านเผด็จการเช่นพรรคก้าวไกล พรรคเพื่อไทย กลับไม่สนใจเลย(หรือแท้จริงเป็นเพราะไร้ความสามารถ ไร้พลังประชาชนไม่เห็นความสำคัญ เช่นพรรคก้าวไกล กับพวกอนาคตใหม่ ที่นำโดยนายธนาธร จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ นายพิธา ลิ้มเจริญรัตน์ ที่ได้ประสบความพ่ายแพ้ไปอย่างราบคาบ จากการเลือกตั้ง อบจ. ทั้งประเทศ เพราะพรรค พวกนี้ ไม่ได้รับเลือกจากประชาชนเลย แม้แต่ 1 คน 1 จังหวัดทั้ง ๆ ที่ออกหาเสียงอย่างหนักทั่วประเทศ แต่พบการไล่ด้วยเพลงหนักแผ่นดินตลอดการหาเสียง ) มาคราวเลือกตั้งซ่อมนครศรีธรรมราชคราวนี้ก็ ไม่คิดส่งเสริมทำตนเป็นประชาธิปไตยแบบถูกต้อง มีแต่ส่งเสริมการชุมนุมนอกรัฐสภา (....และเรื่องของท้องถิ่น ก็เตรียมเลือกตั้ง สภาตำบล(อบต.)กันทั่วประเทศ ในวันที่28 มี.ค.2564) ซึ่งนี่แหละที่พรรคการเมืองประชาธิปไตยและประชาชนจะต้องสนใจกัน และใช้สิทธิประชาธิปไตยกันอย่างเต็มที่ แบบที่ถูกต้องทั้งตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยและตามกฎหมายทั้งประเทศ โดยเฉพาะใช้ความเป็นเสรีชนกันอย่างแท้จริง (ให้คำว่าเงินไม่มากาไม่เป็นหายไปสิ้น)

 

นี่แหละเรื่องประชาธิปไตยในเมืองไทยละ หมายความว่า นี่แหละเรื่องที่คนไทยประชาชนไทยต้อง สนใจกันทั้งประเทศแบบถูกต้องตามระบบประชาธิปไตยตามกฎหมายไทย ...และเป็นเรื่องการเมืองประชาธิปไตย

แต่วานนี้(7 มี.ค.2564) ก็ยังมีคนกลุ่มเดิม ๆ ที่เราเรียกว่า อันธพาลดีๆ นี่เอง ที่ถูกยุยงว่าจ้างและได้ออกมาเดินขบวนกันตลอดตั้งแต่มีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาล ที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง 24 มี.ค.2562 มาโดยตลอด นับแต่จัดตั้งขบวนการชุมนุมแบบให้เป็นระบบหน่อยจึงพยายาม อ้างตนเป็นกลุ่มนั้นกลุ่มนี้ เช่นกลุ่มราษฎรปลดแอก กลุ่มราษฎรแก้รัฐธรรมนูญ กลุ่มเยาวชนปลดแอก(แต่จริง ๆ มีแต่คนแก่ ๆ) กลุ่มนิสิตนักศึกษาธรรมศาสตร์-จุฬาต่อต้านเผด็จการ(กลุ่มนี้มีอาจารย์อยู่เบื้องหลังที่ถึงกล้าประกาศปฏิวัติสถาบันกษัตริย์ไทย ให้เป็น สาธารณรัฐไทย) กลุ่มประชาธิปไตยกลุ่มต่าง ๆแบบไม่รู้เรื่องประชาธิปไตยเลย และมีพรรคการเมืองอยู่เบื้องหลัง ทำการต่อสู้ผสานกันไป ทั้งในสภา และ นอกสภา นั่นคือพรรคฝ่ายค้านนั้นเอง กลุ่มเยาวชนต่อต้านเผด็จการ กลุ่มนักเรียนเลว (ทำเป็นแต่เพียงชู3นิ้วแต่อะไรไม่รู้) กลุ่มอื่น ๆ ที่เริ่มมาแต่มีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลตามการเลือกตั้ง 24 มี.ค.2562 แล้ว แล้วอ้างว่าทำตามสิทธิประชาธิปไตย นั้น กลับไม่เข้าใจประชาธิปไตยเลย (เราต้องเข้าใจ หลักการประชาธิปไตย ที่มันเป็นสากลทั่วโลก ( ไม่ใช่ประชาธิปไตยไทย ประชาธิปไตยลาว ประชาธิปไตยฝรั่งอังกฤษ แยกประเภทไปอย่างนั้นโง่มาก) ต้องเข้าใจ ระบอบประชาธิปไตย ต้องเข้าใจ ระบบอะไรที่เอามาใช้ในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ระบบในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ต้องเข้าใจเรื่องอำนาจ (อำนาจคือการสั่งการไปให้คนอื่นทำตาม ไม่ทำตามก็ลงโทษได้ อำนาจที่ยิ่งใหญ่ของประชาธิปไตยคือ รัฐสภาออกกฎหมาย หรือ อนุมัติตรวจสอบกฎหมาย แล้วใช้บังคับไปในนามของอำนาจของประชาชน สั่งให้ประหารก็ประหารจำคุกก็จำคุก ตามอำนาจในกฎหมาย และสั่งให้เลิกกฎหมายก็ทำได้หากกฎหมายล้าสมัย แก้กฎหมาย ได้ทั้งสิ้น..นี่แหละ อำนาจ ที่ควรออกอำนาจใหม่ออกมาวันนี้ก็คือ เรื่องอายุความ เลิกเสีย ไม่ให้มีอายุความ ออกคำสั่งใหม่นี้ออกมา) ประชาธิปไตยมาจากอำนาจของประชาชน เขาส่งตัวแทนมาประชุมเพราะคนทั้ง 70 ล้านคนจะมาประชุมกันไม่ได้ จึงมีผู้แทนราษฎร มาประชุมกันในสภาผู้แทนราษฎร...นี่เมื่อเป็นประชาธิปไตยท้องถิ่น ก็ต้องเข้าใจไปแบบเดียวกันนี้)

 

อ้างว่ารัฐบาล จนท.รัฐบาล เป็นเผด็จการที่ได้อำนาจมาจากเผด็จการ คสช. (โดยไม่รู้เรื่องรัฐธรรมนูญ 2560ว่ากำหนดกติกาการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยไว้อย่างไร) ว่ารัฐบาลเหลิงอำนาจที่ทำร้ายประชาชนรังแกหาประโยชน์จากประชาชนตลอดแบบไม่ดูข้อเท็จจริงเลยมีแต่จินตนาการเลวร้ายไปตลอด และแน่ละวันนี้ ได้แสดงให้เห็นแล้วว่าคนพวกนี้เป็นอันธพาลการเมืองจริง ๆ ที่ไม่เข้าใจเลยว่า ประชาธิปไตยคืออะไร ไม่มีบทบาทสนับสนุนประชาธิปไตยจริงๆอะไรเลย ซึ่งประชาชนคนไทยก็ยังมองไม่ทราบข้อเท็จจริงของคนกลุ่มนี้ มาวันนี้จึงอาจจะได้พบแล้วว่า คนพวกนี้ได้รับการผลักดันมาจากนักการเมืองการค้าพาณิช ที่เป็นเหมือนการลงทุนของนักการค้าพาณิชการเมือง ที่ทะเยอทะยานอยากเป็นใหญ่เป็นโต ได้อำนาจการเมือง เพื่อการแสวงหาลาภผลประโยชน์ของแผ่นดินต่อไป อย่างง่าย ๆ นั้นเอง ...ทั้ง ๆ ที่มีอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยให้คำแนะนำชี้แจงชักจูงอยู่เบื้องหลังไปอย่างผิด ๆ(เช่น 105 รายชื่อที่สนับสนุนการปฏิวัติสถาบันกษัตริย์ที่น่าไล่ออกไปแล้วเป็นต้น) ...

 

ซึ่งวันนี้ มีประชาชนตั้งชื่อว่าม็อบขยะ เพราะเอาขยะไปเทประท้วงหน้าศาลสถิตยุติธรรมไทย (แบบประท้วงไปโง่ ๆไร้ค่าราคาเหมือนขยะ จึงสมชื่อม็อบขยะ เช่นเดียวกับไปชุมนุมหน้าศาลเจ้าพ่อหลักเมือง หน้าศาลอาญา( 28 ก.พ.2564)ไปงัดเอาหิน ปูน ขอบถนนไปขว้างปาตำรวจ แบบมุ่งหมายทำไปให้เกิดจลาจล นั่นเอง จนตำรวจยศ รตอ.เสียชีวิตไป 1 บาดเจ็บอีกร่วม 20นาย(ตร.ต่อสู้แบบมือเปล่าไร้อาวุธในใจคิดเรื่องคนไทยด้วยกันต้องไม่ฆ่ากันแต่พวกม็อบขยะคิดแต่ให้คนไทยฆ่ากันหาแต่เรื่องมายุยงให้คนไทยเกลียดชังกัน) โดยไร้สิทธิไร้ความชอบธรรมไปทั้งสิ้น แบบไม่รู้กฎหมายไม่ฟังกฎหมาย ครั้นโดนจับไปก็มีอาจารย์ธรรมศาสตร์ไปประกันตัวให้ มีการยกพวกออกมาก่อกวนสังคม ถึงบางครั้งล้อมโรงพักเจ้าของคดี เรียกร้องให้ตำรวจ ให้ศาลปล่อยตัวพวกของตนที่ทำผิดกฎหมาย ซึ่งนี่แหละเป็นการกระทำแบบอันธพาลจริง ๆ ไม่เข้าใจระบบหรือกระบวนการยุติธรรม เพื่อความเป็นธรรมอย่างไร นี่แหละเป็นการทำแบบเอากฎหมู่เป็นกฎหมายแบบโจรนั่นเอง ขนาดไปล้อมสภาก็ยังไม่รู้คิดเรื่องความถูกต้อง ..แล้วมีคิดจะยกพวกไปไล่สส.กทม.คนของประชาชนกทม.จิระ เจนจาคะด้วยนะ .นี่แหละเรียกอันธพาลถูกต้องแล้วและวันนี้อันธพาลพวกนี้ก็คงใช้บทบาทอันธพาลไปขยายกิจกรรมร้าย ๆ ของตนไปเรื่อย ๆ ซึ่งเห็นชัดไปเรื่อย ๆ ว่าเป็นผลจากคนร้ายผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังลับๆและอยู่ไกลไปถึงต่างประเทศก็มีนั่นเอง สุดแต่มีคำสั่งลับ ๆของผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังออกมาให้ก่อกวนประเทศไทยอย่าให้มีความสงบได้

 

วันนี้ก็มีต่อไป ในเรื่องป่าสาธารณะเรื่องละเมิดอุทธยานแห่งชาติ แก่งกระจาน ทำเขาหัวโล้นไป4-5 เขาแล้วเรียกร้องให้รัฐบาลยอมรับ แบ่งที่ดินให้ประชาชนกะเหรี่ยงที่ไปยึดครองที่สาธารณะ มีพวกไปยุชาวกะเหรี่ยงให้รุกป่าสาธารณะไปเรื่อย ๆ ฯลฯ และพากันมาชุมนุมที่รัฐสภาซึ่งเท่ากับเรียกร้องให้ทำลายป่าสาธารณะไปเรื่อยอ้างว่ารัฐบาลไม่เอาใจใส่ช่วยเหลือชนกลุ่มน้อยอีก นี่แหละอันธพาลพวกเอากฎหมู่เป็นกฎหมายทำลายชาติและครั้นประชาชนค่อยเข้าใจไปแล้ว นั้นแหละเป็นผลจากความเข้าใจการเมืองของประชาชนคือประชาธิปไตยอย่างแท้จริงนั่นแหละประเทศจึงจะเจริญไปได้ อย่างมีความสุขสงบกันทั้งชาติ@สุไหงปาดีชินะกุล ฆิกเมฆ ณเมฆินทร์ ณระย้า ชบาบุญเสฏฐ์ 8 ก.พ.2564 0830 น.

เสรีภาพที่ทำอะไรได้ตามใจนั้นก็อันธพาลเราดี ๆ นี่เอง

มาดูเรื่องการเมืองไทยอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ก็แปลก ที่สภาผู้แทนราษฎร เพิ่งให้การรับรองมาว่า นายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีอีก 5รวมเป็น 6 นายนั้น เพิ่งได้รับการรับรองว่า เป็นที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากสภาผู้แทนราษฎรไปแล้ว ให้ทำหน้าที่ต่อไปได้ ..... อะไรคือสภาผู้แทนราษฎร? ในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ใครจะมีอำนาจเกินไปกว่าสภาผู้แทนราษฎร? ในเมื่อสภาให้การรับรองไปแล้ว ทำไมจึงมีการคิดจะไล่รัฐมนตรีออกไปอีก โดยเฉพาะรมช.เกษตร ร.อ.มนัส พรหมเผ่า ซึ่งก็เพิ่งผ่านการไว้วางใจจากสภาผู้แทนราษฎรมา ผู้ที่อยู่นอกสภาเสนอไล่ออกนั้น มีค่าอะไรเกินสภาผู้แทนราษฎรอยู่หรือ ? และโดยปกติแล้ว เมื่อผ่านการไว้วางใจไปแล้ว ก็ควรมีมารยาท ให้ความเชื่อถือสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เพราะเป็นสภาอำนาจสูงสุดของประชาชนทั้งประเทศ หรือมีมารยาทอยู่บ้าง จะให้ความเชื่อถือหรือไม่ ก็อยู่ในใจไปคอยดูว่ารัฐบาลเขาทำอะไรไม่ค่อยเข้าท่าจึงเสนอไม่ไว้วางใจให้สภาตัดสินเองอีกครั้ง นี่คือระบบประชาธิปไตย ฟังสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นสิ้นสุด

 

 

ส่วนการออกปากด่าไล่กันด้วยผรุสวาทนั้น ไล่กันนั้น ก็เห็นได้ว่าคนที่โดนหนักที่สุดมาก็นายกรัฐมมนตรี พล.อ.ประยุทธ จันทร์โอชานับแต่มีพรรคการเมืองชื่อว่าพรรคอนาคตใหม่ ทั้งหัวหน้าพรรค กรรมการพรรค และ สมาชิกพรรคทุกคน ด่าแบบเป็นยุทธศาสตร์การโฆษณาชวนเชื่อไปเลย และโดยสื่อก็สามารถด่าได้แบบทุกนาทีไปเลย จนตัวเองแพ้ภัยตนเองไปโดนไล่โดนยุบทิ้ง แล้วมาใหม่อีกมั้ง ที่ยังด่าต่อ ว่านายกรัฐมนตรีคนนี้ให้อยู่ไปแม้ 1 นาทีก็ไม่อาจจะให้อยู่ต่อไปได้ อ้างวาทะสร้างความเกลียดชังจนอาจจะลงถนนเดินขบวนไปไล่ออกเลย ว่าทำลายชาติไปแบบโจรปกครองประเทศ ให้อยู่ต่อไปไม่ได้ ด่าแหลกเลย แต่นั่นแหละ โดยระบอบการเมืองนี้ ท่านก็มีสิทธิ์ที่จะอยู่ต่อไปได้สบาย ๆ เป็นสิทธิตามหลักประชาธิปไตยนั่นเอง แค่ด่ามาก็เฉยไป คำด่าก็กลับไปเข้าคนด่าเอง มาเช่นนี้ เพราะไม่ใช่เงื่อนไขประชาธิปไตยเลย แต่ในเมื่อบัดนี้ ผ่านระบบอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจแล้ว แปลว่าท่านบริสุทธิแล้ว ก็ควรจะหยุดด่าหยุดไล่สิ จึงจะถูกต้อง...และนั่นหมายถึง รมช. ร.อ.ธรรมนัส ด้วย เพราะท่านก็ได้ผ่านการอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจมาเช่นเดียวกับท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี ส่วนจะได้คะแนนไว้วางใจมากหรือน้อย ก็ใช่ประเด็นอะไร เพราะเอาแค่คะแนนชนะก็พอแล้ว แต่แม้กระนั้นก็ยังโดนน้อยกว่าท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี และแม้มีเรื่องเลวทรามหรือไม่ก็ดูจะไม่เท่าที่คนด่าท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี ขนาดผู้นำอดีตพรรคอนาคตใหม่ พรรคเพื่อไทยยังด่าว่าท่านหัวกระบือ สติปัญญาอ่อน ไม่รู้เรื่องไวรัสโควิด 19 เลยทำประเทศล่มจมมาเรื่อย ๆ จนจะพังอยู่แล้ว ให้เร่งพิจารณาตัวเอง ลาออกไปเสีย

 

 

แต่ประชาชนดูจะเข้าใจท่านอยู่และผลงาน เอาไวรัส โควิต 19 อยู่นั้นน่าชื่นชมมิใช่หรือ? หากแต่ นักการเมืองฝ่ายค้านเราและแม้ฝ่ายรัฐบาลบางคนเองก็เริ่มจะออกลายออกฤทธิ์ และไปสู่ประเด็นแห่งความไร้มารยาทจรรยาบรรณ หรืออริยธรรมการเมืองประชาธิปไตยไปหมดเลย น่าไปศึกษาวิชาการเมือง ไปดูตัวอย่างจากโดนัล ทรัมป์ หรือ บิล คลินตั้น ประธานาธิบดี สหรัฐอเมริกา ที่ทั้ง 2 ท่านนั้น โดนอิมพีชเมนต์ คือไล่ออกจากประธานาธิบดี โดยทรัมพ์เองใหม่สุดขณะนี้ สภาสส.มีมติแล้วเสียงส่วนมากไล่ออก ให้พ้นจากตำแหน่งไป แต่เมื่อเข้าสภาสว.ท่านผ่าน ก็เลยทำหน้าที่ประธานาธิบดีต่อไปจนครบวาระ แล้วก็ไม่เห็นใครมาด่าท่าน ทั้ง 2 ท่านนั้น ให้ออกไป ๆ ๆ เหมือนนักการเมืองสุดด้อยพัฒนาอย่างเมืองไทยเลย เพราะคนทั้งประเทศเขาเข้าใจ เขาเปิดโอกาสให้คนผู้มีหน้าที่ทำงาน ทำงานไปอย่างเต็มที่ ไม่ใช่ไปคอยขวางเขาทุกเรื่องทุกราวแบบมือไม่พายเอาเท้าราน้ำอยู่ตลอดนั้นไร้น้ำใจและไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตยเลย ให้ทำงาน ไม่ใช่ให้มาเถียงกันนั่นเอง อเมริกาเขาเหลือเวลาอีกไม่กี่เดือน พ.ย.ปีนี้ หากไม่พอใจก็อย่าไปเลือก ก็เท่านั้นเองหลักการสำคัญ

แต่นักการเมืองไทยนี่ ไล่รัฐบาลได้ตลอดเวลา อย่างนั้นหรือเปล่า? อะไรจะขนาดนั้น ไม่รู้เรื่องรู้ราวเลย และโดยเฉพาะฝ่ายค้าน น่าจะรู้ว่า อีก3-4 ปีก็จะมีการเลือกตั้งใหม่ ทำไมไม่ทำตัวเองให้ดี ๆ มีระเบียบวินัยหน่อย ไม่รอทำการศึกษาประชาชนและเศรษฐกิจสร้างนโยบายที่เหนือกว่า ให้น่าเชื่อถือว่าจะปกครองประเทศได้ดีกว่า คนเขาดู เขาเห็น เพราะคนไทยชักเบื่อรัฐบาลทหารเต็มทีแล้ว ไม่อยากเลือกอีกแล้ว ยิ่งทุกวันนี้ ประชาชนเขาเองก็ดูจะไม่ค่อยชอบรัฐบาลทหารเท่าไร ก็พอเห็น ๆ แต่ทำไมเขาถึงเอาทหาร อย่างเลือกตั้งซ่อมมา 3ครั้ง 3 หน่วย ฝ่ายรัฐบาลชนะหมด นั้นแปลว่าอะไร? ทำไม่ฝ่ายค้านไม่ค่อยรู้จักคิดดู ดีแต่ไปแก้ตัว หาเรื่องไปว่าเอาผิดๆว่าเขาโกง เขาซื้อเสียง ทั้งๆที่ตนเองโกงและซื้อเสียงยิ่งกว่าอีก ยังไม่ชนะเลยทั้ง 3 จังหวัดที่เลือกตั้งซ่อมนั้นก็น่าจะเอาไปคิดปรับตัวเอง และที่จริงก็พอจะรู้ดีว่าทางฝ่ายรัฐบาลนั้น พล.อ.ประยุทธ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ก็คงจะเหนื่อยและเบื่อเต็มที่แล้วคนที่พรรคประยุทธเขาจะเอามาลงสนามประชาธิปไตย ให้ประชาชนเลือกต่อไปนั้นเป็นใครก็น่าจะรู้ ไม่ พล.อ.อนุพงษ์ เผ่าจินดา รมว.มหาดไทยวันนี้ ก็ พล.อ.อภิรัชต์ คงสมพงษ์ ผบ.ทบ.คนปัจจุบัน หรือใครก็ได้เช่น หัวหน้าพรรค พปชร.เองตามหลักประชาธิปไตยในพรรคการเมือง ดีกว่าฝ่ายค้านไปเยอะเลย แล้วครั้นเปรียบเทียบแล้ว ทางฝ่ายรัฐบาลนี่แหละจะชนะต่อไปอีก และตลอดไป ฝ่ายค้านก็จะแพ้ร่อยหรอไปเรื่อย ๆ ถึงคราวต่อไป ๆ อีก ก็คงแพ้อีกหากทำตนอยู่แบบนี้

 

 

และหากคิดผิดต่อไปอีกก็จะออกไปปลุกระดมมวลชน หลอกนิสิตนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย ครูบาอาจารย์ศาสตราจารย์ ที่โง่ ๆ มาตลอดลงสนามหลวงลงถนนหนทางอีก แล้วก็เกิดปฏิวัติอีก ฝ่ายค้านก็ติดคุกอีก นี่วงจรเกิดจากฝ่ายค้านที่ไม่ยอมคิดอะไรให้ถูกหลักถูกเกณฑ์จริง ๆแม้เรื่องจรรยามารยาทของสังคม กายกรรม วจีกรรม มโนกรรม อย่างไรไม่รู้เรื่องเลย (แล้วพอเขาได้ดี ก็อิจฉาริษยา มีปากก็ว่าด่าเขาออกมาไม่ยั้ง จนที่จริง การด่านี่แหละทำคนฆ่ากันตายไปมากแล้วกลางถนนยังไม่รู้จักคิด)แพ้ตลอดกาลเลย เพราะดูแล้ว อะไรคือประชาธิปไตยยังไม่รู้เลยไม่มีความเคารพในกฎเกณฑ์กติกาประชาธิปไตยเสียเลย ไร้ความทรหดอดทนไปจนแทบไม่มีคุณสมบัตินี้อยู่ในตัวในตน ในจิตในใจเลย แล้วจะเจริญได้อย่างไร อย่างเช่นขณะนี้ ยิ่งแย่ไปอีกมาก ๆ เลย โดนโควิต 19 เข้าจะรู้สึก แล้วเมื่อทำอะไรผิดหลักประชาธิปไตยไปเรื่อยๆ มันก็ผิดกฎหมายอย่างที่ตนไม่รู้ว่าผิดกฎหมายไปเรื่อย ๆ แบบที่ตนไม่รู้ว่าผิดกฎหมายอย่างไร(ก็อย่างหน.พรรคที่เพิ่งโดนยุบ เดี๋ยวก็ติดคกไปอีก)ก็จะโดนไล่ออกไปเรื่อย ๆ แบบอนาคตใหม่นั่นเอง

 

 

นี่แหละคือสถานะของนักการเมืองไทยโดยเฉพาะฝ่ายค้านทุกวันนี้ ..บางทีดูคนหนุ่ม ๆ อย่างหัวหน้าพรรคคนใหม่ ที่จะเข้ามาใหม่ยังจะมีความหวังกว่านะ สรุป วันนี้ ขนาดด่าเขาว่า "พายเรือให้โจรนั่ง" นั่นแหละถึงเวลาฝ่ายตนก็คงแพ้โจรไปอีก เพราะแท้จริง ตนเองนั่นอาจจะเป็นโจรตัวจริง นี่แหละการเมืองไทย ด้อยพัฒนาจริง ๆ ต้องปรับตัวเอง แพ้เขาในสภาแล้ว จะไปชนะที่อื่นได้อย่างไร สภาคือสนามใหญ่ที่สุดอยู่แล้วของประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตยที่ต้องฝังใจในสัจธรรมนี้ ควรที่จะได้คิดเอามาปรับปรุงพรรคตัวเอง ตามเหตุตามผลของหลักการประชาธิปไตย อย่าให้ภาพออกมาว่าทำเป็นอย่างเดียวคือ สักแต่ว่ามีปากกับลิ้นลม ก็ว่าก็เห่าออกไปเรื่อย ๆ ไร้ข้อมูล ไร้งานวิจัยที่จำเป็นในทุกกรณีไปเลย ซึ่งนั่นไม่ต่างอะไรจากสภานักเลงโต เท่านั้นเอง แล้วจะปกครองประเทศอย่างไร จะเอาชนะพรรคอื่น หรือรัฐบาลได้อย่างไร มองจากพฤติกรรมขณะนี้ ก็น่าเป็นห่วงว่าการเมืองไทยไร้อนาคตที่มั่นคงที่ดีมีมาตรฐานประชาธิปไตยที่ใฝที่หวังเพราะความอ่อนแอของฝ่ายค้านนั้นเอง เห็นชัดว่าหากฝ่ายค้านไม่ปรับตัวเองให้มีวินัยแล้วยากที่จะได้เป็นรัฐบาลดังฝัน ยากที่จะไล่รัฐบาลทหารไปได้ เพราะงานการเมืองต้องใช้ความสามารถสติปัญญาและมีพื้นฐานจริยธรรมสูงส่ง มีพลังแห่งความทรหดอดทนมีสามัคคีธรรมและความเสียสละอย่างสูงจึงจะบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายได้.......ดร.ฆิกเมฆ สุวรรณเมฆินทร์ 10 มี.ค. 2563 23.55 น.

แอมเนสตี้มาจากไหนมาร่วมม็อบขยะ 

ขอแจ้งข่าวแด่มวลมิตรครับ ....เวลาผ่านไป 3 วัน เครื่องมือสื่อสารเรามีปัญหาหน่อย เคยมีปัญหามาหลายครั้ง แรก ๆ มีการเจาะเวบเราล่มแล้วล่มอีก จนเพื่อนฝรั่งต่างชาติเขาบอกให้ ครั้งหนึ่งโดนคนร้ายเข้าโขมยข้อมูลในเครื่องไป ท่าทางเป็นโจรผู้ดี ไม่เอาอะไรเอาแต่กล่องข้อมูลข้างในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ครั้งต่อมาเกิดฟ้าเบื้องบนยังสนใจเราเลย โดนฟ้าผ่าเครื่องพังไปอีก คราวล่าสุดวันสองวันสามวันมานี้แหละ เครื่องหยุดเดิน เดินช้าเหมือนเป็นอัมพาตไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร ต้องซ่อมใหญ่ 3 วันเลย วันนี้กลับมาได้แล้ว เข้ามาดูทางเฟส พบเรื่องราวหลายอย่าง เห็นคณะบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ไปขอประกัน 3 ผู้นำม็อบขยะ(ศาลไม่ให้ประกันอีก) มีทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชนไปด้วย และหลายวันมามีพยายามเอาพวกสิทธิมนุษยชนมาร่วมมือ เช่นอะไรล่ะ แอมเนสตี้ น่ะอะไรมาจากไหน อ้างสิทธิมนุษยชน ให้ปล่อยแกนนำ ทำละเมิดร้ายแรงแด่ในหลวง นี่แหละ ที่ยังไม่เข้าใจกัน เรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชน กับเรื่อง ประชาธิปไตย ต่างกันอย่างไร หน้าที่ของนักสิทธิมนุษยชนคือ อะไร ยังไม่รู้เรื่องเลย และทำไมนักวิชาการในมหาวิทยาลัยจึงไม่เข้าใจเลย

ไม่เข้าใจรัฐธรรมนูญไม่เข้าใจเสียงส่วนมากเสียงส่วนน้อย  โหวดแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญพ.ศ....

เมื่อวานนี้ 17 มี.ค.2564, มีการประชุมรัฐสภาไทย มาตั้งแต่ 09.30 น. ทั้งสส.สว. รวมกันตอนยกมือมีจำนวนรวมกัน 732 คน, คนจำนวนร่วมพันคนนี้ไปรวมกันอยู่ในห้องใหญ่ แล้วก็อภิปรายเรื่องการแก้ไข รธน.2560 แก้มาเรื่อยจนวันนี้มาวาระ3แล้วจะลงมติกันว่าจะเอาหรือไม่เอา, แต่ก่อนจะลงมติเรื่องนี้ก็เถียงกันอุตลุตทั้งวันเรื่อง ศาลรธน.สั่งลงมาว่าหากจะแก้รธน.60 ให้ถามประชาชนเจ้าของอำนาจก่อน ประชาชนให้แก้จึงแก้ หากเขาไม่ให้แก้ก็ไม่ต้องแก้,

นั่นเป็นคำตอบของศาลรธน. ซึ่งก็พอเห็นว่าท่านยึดหลักประชาธิปไตยและต้นเรื่องที่มาที่ไปของ รธน.60 อยู่ คือ เป็นรธน.ที่มีการลงมติรับรองของประชาชนทั้งประเทศ 16 ล้านคนเสรีประชาธอิปไตยไทยยอมรับรธน.นี้เป็นเหตุให้มีการเลือกตั้ง 24 มี.ค.2562 และได้รัฐบาลปัจุบันปกครองประเทศอยู่ และรวมทั้งได้ รัฐสภา สส.สว.732 คนมาเถียงกันอยู่วันนี้,

 

ฉะนั้นจะแก้ไขรธน.นี้ก็จะต้องถามเจ้าของอำนาจเจ้าของรธน.60เสียก่อน ซึ่งก็ถือว่ายึดหลักการประชาธิปไตยนั่นเอง ..... แต่รัฐสภาก็ฟังไม่เข้าใจ นั้นแหละ เป็นอีกครั้งหนึ่งที่ได้เห็นว่า นักการเมืองไทยเรา ทั้ง ๆ ที่ไปอยู่ในตำแหน่งสำคัญ ในฐานะผู้นำของประเทศ ที่ต้องไปผสานการนำร่วมไปกับประเทศอื่นทั้งโลก ยังไม่เข้าใจเรื่องรัฐธรรมนูญ ไม่เข้าใจเรื่องการเมือง ไม่เข้าใจเรื่องการเมืองประชาธิปไตย และอื่น ๆ เช่นการเมืองลาว การเมืองเขมร การเมืองจีน รัสเซีย ญี่ปุ่น อเมริกา ไปด้วย

ก็หากเข้าใจ ก็คงไม่ต้องเถียงกันแบบระห่ำมาตลอด มีการประชุมสภา หรือ รัฐสภาคราวใด ก็เหมือนกับเอาหมู่สัตว์หมู่หนึ่ง คนละชนิด คนละความรู้ วิสัยทัศน์มารวมกัน ก็ดีที่เคารพกติกากันให้เอาแต่พูด ไม่เอาอย่างอื่น แบบที่เคยมีมาขนาดยกเก้าอี้ทุ่มประธานสภามาแล้ว ก็ไม่มีการยกพวกเข้าต่อยตีทำร้ายกันเอง, ซึ่งก็น่าจะมีแบบนั้นเหมือนกันเพื่อพิศูจน์หลัก มาจอริตี้ กับ ไมนอริตี้ ให้เห็นชัด ๆ ให้เข้าใจกันว่า ประชาธิปไตยนี้เขาต้องยอมรับกันในเรื่อง มาจอริตี้ (Majority rule Minority right) ฝ่ายใดยกมือมากกว่าก็ชนะ ซึ่งปชต.ต้องเคารพหลักการนี้แบบไม่มีข้อแม้ แบบไม่มีข้อกล่าวหาว่าพวกที่ชนะมันคนชั่วคนเลวทั้งนั้น ที่มันชนะพวกโจรทั้งนั้น ไม่ได้อย่างเด็ดขาด ....

 

แต่ในสภาวันนี้ก็มี พอตกลงยกมือหาฝ่ายชนะ(จะผ่านวาระ 3 หรือไม่?) ก็ไปว่าเขา คือ สส.ธาดา ไทยเศรษฐ์ พรรคภูมิใจไทย อุทัยธานี ลุกขึ้นอย่างโกรธแค้นบริภาษดังเลยว่า การจะลงคะแนนเสียงวาระที่ 3 นั้น เป็นการละเมิดสิทธิประชาชน พวกสภาโจ๊ก พวกศรีธนญชัย ข้าพเจ้าไม่ขอลงคะแนนด้วย แล้วพรรคภูมิใจไทยก็เดินวอลคเอ้าออกนอกสภาไป ...คือนี่แหละไม่เข้าใจประชาธิปไตย ไม่เห็นความสำคัญของกติกาการเมือง ...ซึ่งหากไม่ยอมรับกติกาการเมืองแล้ว การเมืองจะมีแบบมีแผนไปอย่างไร จึงอลเวงมาหมดตั้ง 89 ปีแล้ว เราจึงอยากให้ประชาชนเจ้าของอำนาจ มองให้ดี อย่าเอาคนแบบนี้เข้าไปสู่รัฐสภาอย่างเด็ดขาด

 

ก็เป็นอัน ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม(ฉบับที่....)พุทธศักราช.....ไม่ผ่าน จะไม่มีการแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญ คงใช้ รธน.60 ต่อไป และหากรัฐสภาคิดต่อเรื่องจะแก้ไขรธน. ก็ต้องฟังคำสั่งศาลรธน. ที่สั่งลงมาตามคำขอของรัฐสภาเอง ว่าหากจะแก้ไขรธน. ให้ถามประชาชนเจ้าของรธน.60ก่อนว่าจะให้แก้ไข หรือ ทำฉบับใหม่หรือไม่ ? .....ก็คนไม่รู้เรื่องรัฐธรรมนูญอยู่แล้ว จะไปแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญได้อย่างไร ? การประชุมรัฐสภาวันนี้ จึงบอกไปถึงเรื่องคณะบุคคลระดับชาตินี้ ยังไม่เข้าใจเลยว่า รัฐธรรมนูญคืออะไร ? การเมืองคืออะไรก็ยังไม่รู้

 

และที่อ้างตลอดว่าตนสนันสนุนประชาธิปไตย ต้องไล่เผด็จการ หรือที่ สส.ณัฐวุฒิ ประเสริฐสุวรรณ พรรคชาติไทยพัฒนา ลุกขึ้นอภิปรายด่าว่าศาลรัฐธรรมนูญ ยุบพรรคการเมือง ไล่นายกรัฐมนตรีออกไปแล้ว 3 คน มีอำนาจเหนือฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ เหนือฝ่ายบริหาร แล้วมีพวกสานคำพูดต่อไปว่า มีเผด็จการกลายพันธ์ทำการปกครองประเทศไทยอยู่วันนี้ ที่จะต้องแก้ไขให้ได้ ประชาชนสิ้นหวังกันอย่างมากในขณะนี้ .....และที่ยังคงไม่เข้าใจอีกก็พรรคเด็ก ๆก้าวไกลนั่นเอง ที่วันนี้ยิ่งบอกไปถึงการไม่เข้าใจการเมืองเลย และที่เข้าใจแบบมีพรรคฝ่ายค้านเพื่อไทยเข้าใจผิดตามไปด้วยก็คือ ไปเข้าใจว่า แก้รัฐธรรมนูญเป็นประชาธิปไตยไปเต็ม ๆ แล้ว ประเทศชาติจะเจริญก้าวหน้า เศรษฐกิจของประชาชนจะรุ่งเรือง ขึ้นอยู่กับการแก้ให้รัฐธรรมนูญเป็นประชาธิปไตยจริง ๆ ....ซึ่งไม่ใช่เลย คนที่เข้าใจไปเช่นนี้แหละ ที่ทำอะไรไร้เหตุผลไปอย่างแรงอยู่ทุกวันนี้ ...

 

เมื่อไปเข้าใจผิดไปหมดเช่นนี้ ก็ผิดทางไปหมด ทำไมไม่ดู วิจัยการเมืองดูบ้าง, รัฐธรรมนูญไม่อาจจะทำให้ใครร่ำรวย เจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคมไปได้ ก็ดูจีนสิ เขาเป็นการเมืองอะไร คอมมิวนิสต์ใช่ไหม ? แล้วทำไมเขารวยระดับมหาอำนาจของโลกได้โดยที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญประชาธิปไตยเลย อะไร? จะไปอ้างว่าตราบใดที่รัฐธรรมนูญยังไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตยตราบนั้นไทยยากจนไปตลอดได้ที่ไหนล่ะ? ดูเหตุผลหน่อย แล้วดูอเมริกาสิ วันนี้ตายเพราะโควิด19ไปกว่า 3แสนศพแล้ว เศรษฐกิจตกต่ำทั้งประเทศ คนตาย เศรษฐกิจตายตามกันไป ที่หนึ่งของโลก ทั้ง ๆ ที่เป็นประเทศมหาอำนาจประชาธิปไตยมีรัฐธรรมนูญสมบูรณ์แบบประชาธิปไตย, สู้ไทยยังไม่ได้เลย ไทยที่ใช้รัฐธรรมนูญโจรที่พรรคฝ่ายค้านด่าว่ามาตลอดนั้นแหละ ที่ไทยเราปราบโควิด คนไทยรอดตายไป เป็นศพไปเพียง 83 ศพเท่านั้นเองเทียบกับคนเป็นแสนประเทศประชาธิปไตยโลกแล้วคุณจะไปอ้างว่ามันเป็นมาจากรัฐธรรมนูญเราไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตยได้ อย่างไร มันมองปัญหาผิดแต่ต้นเลย ...

 

มันจึงไม่เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญยังไง แล้วมันเกี่ยวกับอะไร นี่แหละเกี่ยวกับ อำนาจบริหารละ และหมายถึงรัฐบาลนั่นเอง และรัฐบาล ฝ่ายบริหารนี้ หมายถึงการเมืองระบอบใดก็ได้ขอให้เก่ง ได้นายก ได้ประธานาธิบดี ได้คณะบริหารที่เก่ง นั้นแหละนำไปสู่ความร่ำรวยได้ ไม่ใช่ไปแก้รธน.เป็นประชาธิปไตยให้จงได้จึงจะรวยได้ ไม่ใช่อย่างนั้น แต่ทีนี้พรรคก้าวไกล อนาคตใหม่ เพื่อไทย นี่ มองผิดไปจริง ๆ ถึงขั้นว่าเมื่อแก้รัฐธรรมนูญให้เป็นประชาธิปไตยโดยสมบูรณ์แล้วนั่นแหละประเทศประชาชนจึงจะเจริญมีเศรษฐกิจดี ร่ำรวยขึ้นมาทันที การแก้รัฐธรรมนูญจึงเป็นสิ่งที่คนรุ่นใหม่ มาต่อสู้กันอย่างทอดทิ้งไม่ได้เลยด้วยความรักชาติ-ประชาชน หากเป็นเผด็จการคสช.หรือ คสช.กลายพันธ์ แบบนี้ ไม่มีทางที่เศรษฐกิจจะร่ำรวยเจริญได้...ซึ่งอันนี้ยิ่งเห็นชัดขึ้น เมื่อนายรังสิมันต์ โรม บัญชีรายชื่อ(ไม่ใช่สส.ที่ประชาชนลงเสียงให้แบบตัวต่อตัวเหมือนสส.คนอื่นเขา เป็นสส.ระดับ2)พรรคอนาคตใหม่เดิม มาเป็นพรรคก้าวไกล, ยิ่งยืนยันเต็ม ๆ ไป ว่า รัฐธรรมนูญ60 นี่แหละทำให้เสียหายแก่เศรษฐกิจไทย ไทยยากจนอยู่ทุกวันนี้เพราะรัฐธรรมนูญโจร มีปัญหาทุกด้านโดยเฉพาะเป็นรธน.ที่ทำลายสิทธิมนุษยชน พรรคเขาจึงเข้าใจเยาวชนผู้ต่อสู้เพื่อประชาธิปไตย ต่อสู้เพื่อแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญมาตลอด ไปร่วมกับเยาวชนยุคใหม่ ผู้เข้าใจเรื่องรัฐธรรมนูญเท่านั้นต้องแก้ให้เป็นประชาธิปไตยให้ได้จึงจะรวย.....

 

แล้วก็มีสส.พรรคก้าวไกลที่วางแผนการโฆษณาชวนเชื่อมาทำการกลางรัฐสภาอันสูงเกียรติ์ พากันยกป้ายขึ้นพึบพับมีข้อความว่า ให้ปลดปล่อยพวกตนในคุก ให้ถูกหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน ...เตรียมป้ายมาเต็มพรรคตนไปหมด ชูสลอนเลย ก็ทำไปได้อย่างไร? แบบอันธพาลกลางท้องถนนหลวง นี่มันรัฐสภาระดับชาติ ขนาดที่ทำไปในท้องถนนหนทาง กลางหมู่ม็อบขยะยังไม่ควรทำเลย คนดีในรัฐสภาก็ต้องมองเห็น ก็เกิดประท้วงกันอุลุตไปอีก ซึ่งนี่แหละเป็นการแสดงอย่างเปิดเผยไปชัดเจนว่าพรรคก้าวไกลและนายรังสิมันต์ โรมคนนี้เป็นพวกเดียวกับม็อบขยะนอกสภาเหล่านั้น เป็นงานที่ประสานในและนอกรัฐสภามาตลอด แต่วันนี้เป็นหลักฐานชัดเจนที่เอาไปดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมายต่อไปได้ และประชาชนผู้รักชาติ รักประชาธิปไตยพึงพิจารณาดู

 

และนี่แหละบอกไปถึงความไม่เข้าใจการเมืองของนายคนนี้ ที่ประชาชนจะเห็นว่าเป็นอันตรายต่อประชาธิปไตยไปอีกและไม่เหมาะสมควรแก่ตำแหน่งใดในรัฐสภาเลย, แล้วพอเข้าประเด็นจะแก้ไขอย่างไร หมอนี่ยิ่งไม่รู้เรื่องเลย รู้อย่างเดียวแก้ไขปฏิวัติสถาบันกษัตริย์ซึ่งต่อสู้โดยตนอยู่เบื้องหลังมาตลอด และอ้างให้เป็นเรื่องที่พูดได้ปกติ ๆ ให้เป็นเรื่องเสรีภาพที่คนประชาธิปไตยจะวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ได้แบบคนทั่วไป(ซึ่งบอกถึงความไม่เคารพในประวัติศาสตร์ชาติไทยหรือไม่รู้ประวัติศาสตร์ชาติไทยเลย) เพียงแต่สภาเขาไม่เอาด้วย แล้วไปสร้างพฤติกรรมกลบเกลื่อนความโง่ของตนที่ไม่เหมาะแก่การอยู่ในรัฐสภาไปอีก แม้เพียงระบบประชาธิปไตยคนๆ นี้ก็ไม่เหมาะอยู่ดี,

 

แล้วการประชุมรัฐสภาวันนี้ก็จบลงด้วยการลงคะแนนเสียงแบบเปิดเผย, และผลการลงมติ ผู้เห็นชอบด้วย 208 เสียง เท่านั้นเอง ต้องเกินครึ่ง คือ เกิน 369 เสียง จึงจะชนะ ก็แพ้ ตกไป ไม่มีการแก้ไขรธน. ที่พิจารณามาแต่ต้นหย่างหวั่นไหวกันไปทั้งแผ่นดิน ก็จบลงแบบไม่มีม็อบขยะมาต่อต้านอีก (มีเรื่องกระแสไฟในรัฐสภาไปช๊อตสัญญาณไฟไหม้เข้าเกิดตื่นกันอยู่ชั่วขณะหนึ่ง ...คงพอเข้าใจอะไร ๆ ทางการเมืองไปมากขึ้นแล้ว) หากจะแก้ไขก็ทำไปตามคำสั่งศาลรธน. ต้องถามประชาชนก่อนว่าจะให้แก้หรือไม่ .....

 

ซึ่งในวันนี้ เราก็น่าจะเข้าใจกันดีว่า ปัญหาที่พบเผชิญกันมานานแล้วและวันนี้ด้วย ก็คือ ปัญหา รัฐธรรมนูญ นั่นเอง รัฐธรรมนูญบัญญัติเนื้อหาเอาไว้ แบบมีจุดบกพร่องไปหมด เป็นเรื่อง ๆ ไป ........ที่เป็นเช่นนี้ก็เพราะ สส. สว. เราเองไม่เข้าใจเรื่องการเมือง ไม่เข้าใจประชาธิปไตย ก็เลยไปให้คนอื่นร่างรัฐธรรมนูญให้ คือไปหาคนข้างนอกมาพวกหนึ่งที่เรียกว่า สสร. นั้นเอง ทีนี้ ขนาดนักการเมืองในสภาเองยังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจการเมือง ไม่เข้าใจ ว่าจะร่างจะแก้รัฐธรรมนูญอย่างไรจึงจะเป็นประชาธิปไตยสมบูรณ์ แล้วคนอื่นจะไปเข้าใจได้อย่างไร? ......เอาแค่ประเด็นว่า ร่างให้การเมืองไทยเป็นประชาธิปไตยนี่ จะไปร่างในหมวดไหน ในมาตราไหน ยังไม่รู้เรื่องเลย, แล้วขนาดที่เขาร่างมาให้รธน.60 เป็นประชาธิปไตยไปมากพอเต็มอัตราไปบางเรื่องสำคัญอยู่แล้ว ก็ไม่รู้อีกถึงความดีของ รธน.60 อย่างน้อยก็ต้องรู้ว่าหากจะแก้ จะแก้มาตราไหน หมวดใน ในรธน.เดิม, เพราะของเดิมที่มีดีอยู่แล้ว เราต้องคงเอาไว้ มันได้ที่เข้าที่เป็นวัฒนธรรมได้แล้วก็จะไปเลิกเสียทำไม, อย่างเช่น เรื่อง การอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจรัฐาล นี่ ที่บอกถึงอำนาจ สส.โดยตรง สส.คนของประชาชนตรง ๆ ก็ดีแล้ว ทำมา 2 ครั้งแล้ว ก็ดีแล้ว, ต้องมีในรธน.ทุกฉบับที่เป็นประชาธิปไตย, ต้องเอาไว้ดำรงต่อไปให้เป็นวัฒนธรรม, การเลือกตั้งทุก4ปี ที่บอกถึงการแบ่งปันอำนาจของประชาธิปไตย เมื่อครบรอบ 4 ปีก็ต้องเลือกตั้ง นี่ก็เป็นสากล มีแล้วในรธน.60 ก็ดำรงไว้, อะไรที่ยังไม่พอก็เติมเข้าไปใน รธน.เดิมนี่แหละ เรียกว่า ต่อยอดไปเรื่อยๆ แบบปลูกต้นไม้ ใช่ว่าปลูกลงดินแล้วมันจะเติบโตได้ผลมากได้ผลทันทีเมื่อไรแล้วเราไปถอนปลูกใหม่อยู่อย่างนี้ มันก็คนโง่เราดีๆ นี่เองแบบไม่รู้ว่าของดีมีอยู่แล้วอะไรบ้างยังไม่รู้เลย แล้วจะไปแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมรัฐธรรมนูญให้สมบูรณ์ได้อย่างไร คนอย่างนี้มาอยู่ในรัฐสภาได้อย่างไร ก็ไล่ออกไปให้หมด ไม่ไล่ออกไปเขาก็คอยแต่จะถอนต้นไม้ประชาธิปไตยไป แบบไม่รู้เหตุรู้ผลประชาธิปไตยเลย แล้วประชาธิปไตยจะเติบโตไปได้อย่างไร @สุไหงปาดี ชินะกุล ฆิกเมฆณ ณเมฆินทร์ บัวระย้า ชบาบุญเสฏฐ์ 18 มี.ค.2564 10.00

ไม่เข้าใจกฎหทมาย กฎมายไม่ใช่กฎหมู่ 

กฎหมายนั้นคืออำนาจสั่งการของประชาชนจากรัฐสภา ผู้ไม่เคารพกฎหมายย่อมมีแต่ขบวนการม็อบก่อการร้ายที่ไม่เข้าใจประชาธิปไตยเลยเท่านั้น

 

1.ม็อบกะเลวะราดหรือม็อบขยะ วันที่ 20 มี.ค.2564 ทำบ้านเมืองสกปรกไปเต็ม ๆ อีกครั้งนั้นตั้งชื่อม็อบตนเองไปใหม่อีกแบบมีปากก็ว่าไป ว่าม็อบ กลุ่ม REDEM เอาชื่อมาใช้แบบตัวเองก็ไม่รู้ว่ามีความหมายอะไร แบบม็อบคณะราษฎร์ ม็อบธรรมศาสตร์การเมือง ม็อบเยาวชนปลดแอก ม็อบเด็กนักเรียนเลว ม็อบปลดแอก ม็อบขบวนเดินทะลุฟ้า ม็อบพีมู๊ฟ ซึ่งที่จริงมีคน2-3คน เลิกชื่อนี้แล้วตั้งชื่อใหม่ไปเรื่อยๆ ม็อบนั้นม็อบนี้ รวมทั้งวันนี้ได้ชื่อใหม่มาทำเลวไปกว่าเดิมอีก รวมทั้งทำผิดต่อเบื้องสูงไปแบบไม่รู้โทษทางกฎหมายไปอีก แล้วอ้างไปแบบผู้ร้ายนั่นเองว่าตัวทำดีตำรวจทำชั่ว รัฐบาลต้องดูแลพวกตนให้ดีเพราะเป็นสิทธิเสรีชน มาตามสิทธิของตน แบบคนไร้ทั้งสติไร้ทั้งปัญญานั่นเอง

 

2. แล้วก่อความวุ่นวาย แบบอันธพาลไม่รู้ตนทำผิดอะไร ทำความรุนแรงไปถึงขนาดปาระเบิดปิงปองใส่ตำรวจเจ็บไปนับสิบคนราดน้ำมัน เผาขยะกลางถนนไปอีกหลายกอง จะเอาน้ำมันราดเผาบ้านเผาเมือง ตำรวจฉีดน้ำอัดเสียก่อน ทำแบบหลงตนหลงตัวนึกว่าตนเป็นพระเอกอะไรประมาณนั้น แต่แท้จริงเป็นโจรปัญญาอ่อนที่น่าสมเพช เวทนา จริงๆ และดีที่ไม่มีตำรวจเสียชีวิตและไม่มีคนบ้ามาเยี่ยวรดหัวตำรวจเหมือนคราวก่อนอีก จนถึงเกือบเที่ยงคืนจึงสงบ มี2เยาวชนกลับบ้านไปคุยด่าเบื้องสูงไปอย่างสนุกว่าตนเป็นพระเอก แทกซีวีรบุรุษรักสถาบันคนจริงฟังไม่ทนเลยพาไปส่งตำรวจแทน เข้าคุกไป โง่ขนาดไหน? และนั่นแหละไร้เหตุผลจริง ๆ ว่า มาทำไม ? ทำผิดกฎหมายก็จะไม่รอดจากฝีมือตำรวจเขา จับกุมเอาไป 8 คน ปล่อยไปหลายสิบคน

 

3.คือมอบพวกนี้ไม่เข้าใจว่าตนกำลังทำอะไร? ผู้รักษากฎหมายเตือนแล้วเตือนอีก จงชุมนุมโดยสงบ อย่าทำผิดกฎหมาย ที่คนประเทศไทย ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายนั้น กฎหมายคืออะไร ? ก็ยังไม่รู้เลย หากเรารู้จักกฎหมาย โดยเฉพาะเข้าใจที่ไปที่มาของกฎหมาย ว่ามาจากการเมือง, ใช้บังคับปกครองประเทศเพื่อให้เกิดความสงบร่มเย็นแด่ประชาชนทั้งประเทศ, ให้สามารถแข่งขันกับศํตรู ให้ก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่ธุรกิจการงานอาชีพไปสถานเดียว, ให้แผ่นดินรุ่งเรืองไปชั่วลูกหลานเหลนชั่วนิรันดร, แต่ประชาธิปไตยนั้น,ที่มาของกฎหมายมาจากประชาชนนั่นก็คือมาจากสภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือโดยสมบูรณ์ก็มาจากรัฐสภานั้นเอง(ประชาธิปไตยต้องมีสภาล่าง และ สภาสูง เพื่อทำหน้าที่กลั่นกรองระบบอำนาจ ซึ่งเป็นอำนาจสั่งการถึงขั้นสูงสุด

 

4.ที่สั่งประหารชีวิต, สั่งจำคุกตลอดชีวิต, สั่งเนรเทศออกนอกแผ่นดินไทย, สั่งขังเศรษฐีล่าเสือดำ, สั่งคอยจับคนถูกเนรเทศ หรือโจรหนีไปอาศัยประเทศอื่นอยู่ จะแอบลักลอบเข้าประเทศ, สั่งริบทรัพย์สมบัติเศรษฐีมหาเศรษฐีผู้โกงเงิน ฟอกเงิน โดยเหตุผลใดๆ ฯลฯ ที่จะออกเป็นกฎหมายไปบังคับใช้อย่างเป็นธรรม อย่างสุขุมรอบคอบที่สุดนั่นเอง, จึงมีทั้งสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และวุฒิสภา มีเพียง 1สภาไม่ได้ ข้อสรุปประชาธิปไตยก็คือ ต้องมีสภาต่ำ สภาสูง 2 สภาเป็นรัฐสภาเสมอไป..นี่แหละเหตุผลที่ต้องมีกฎหมายและที่มาของกฎหมายนั้นก็คือมาจากประชาชนทั้งแผ่นดิน รวมกันออกกฎหมายในรัฐสภานั่นแหละเหตุผลที่คนต้องฟังประชาชน ต้องเคารพกฎหมาย เพราะกฎหมายเป็นคำสั่งของประชาชน ไม่ใช่ไปเอากฎหมู่แทนกฎหมายแบบม็อบขยะวันนี้ .ก็ไม่ต้องเถียงกันผู้เถียงถือว่าไม่รู้ประชาธิปไตย

 

5. เพราะรัฐสภาเป็นองค์กรสูงสุดผู้มีหน้าที่ทางด้านกฎหมายเต็มตัว ที่เรา ประชาธิปไตยให้เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของฝ่ายอำนาจนิติบัญญัติ(1ใน3อำนาจสูงสุด)นั้นเอง ถ้าเราเข้าใจหน้าที่นิติบัญญัติแล้ว ก็จะไม่มีเหตุการณ์เดินขบวนออกมาปลุกปั่น สร้างความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนตามท้องถนนหนทางเช่นวันนี้ และก่อน ๆ นี้ (รวมทั้งจะไม่มีพรรคการเมือง นักการเมือง สส.ในสภาเอง มีการยกป้ายให้ปล่อยผู้ต้องหาในคุก ของสส.พรรคก้าวไกล อันแสดงการสนับสนุนขบวนการก่อการร้ายนอกสภา ที่เอา กฎหมู่แทนกฎหมาย (ตามที่มีขึ้นคราวประชุมรัฐสภา 20 มี.ค.2564 ของพรรคก้าวไกลนั้น)

 

6.ทำความเข้าใจไปอีกหน่อย พอนำความคิดไปสู่ความมีเหตุมีผลทางการเมืองก็คือ ....ประชาธิปไตย หมายถึงอำนาจทั้ง 3 อำนาจสูงสุด อำนาจ ฝ่ายนิติบัญญัตินี้ทำหน้าที่อะไรต้องเข้าใจกันให้ชัดเจน ก็ไม่เพียงทำหน้าที่ออกกฎหมายใหม่ ๆ ออกมา, ไม่เพียงอนุมัติงบประมาณแผ่นดินประจำปี, แต่ทุกกฎหมายเลย, นับแต่พอเป็นรัฐสภาขึ้นมานี่ รัฐสภาต้องมองกฎหมายให้หมดเลย, กฎหมายที่มีอยู่ในแผ่นดินนี้ ต้องมองดูหมด, เอามาพิจารณาให้หมด กฎหมายเก่า กฎหมายใหม่ เอามาดูหมด, โดยเฉพาะระยะสืบต่อระหว่างการเมืองเผด็จการ คสช. กับ การเมืองประชาธิปไตยประยุทธ 1

 

7.ที่วันนี้ในประเทศไทยเรามีปัญหาที่ต้องเอากฎหมายมาชำระทั้งหมดอย่างด่วน, ไม่เฉพาะรัฐธรรมนูญ, กฎหมายใดไม่เหมาะให้แก้ไขให้หมด, โดยเป็นหน้าที่ที่จะให้อำนาจออกไปบังคับประชาชนนั้น มีความชอบธรรม เป็นธรรม ตามหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน, และตามหลักการสิทธิเสรีภาพตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยอย่างสมบูรณ์ เต็มที่, รวมทั้งกฎหมายต้องเอื้อให้ ฝ่ายอำนาจตุลาการ ทำหน้าที่ได้อย่างเป็นธรรม ไม่สับสน สลับซับซ้อนจนตีกันไปหมด, ให้ความซับซ้อนทางฝ่ายปฏิบัติเป็นความง่ายที่คน ประชาชนธรรมดา ๆ รู้ตามไปได้โดยง่าย เห็นเหตุเห็นผลแห่งความเป็นธรรมตามไปได้โดยง่าย, ซึ่งนี่แหละเป็นหน้าที่โดยตรงของ รัฐสภาที่ต้องตรวจสอบดูและทำหน้าที่แก้ไขกฎหมายทั้งสิ้นให้มีสภาวะทันสมัยดังกล่าว รวมทั้งการออกกฎหมายใหม่ การอนุญาต รวมทั้งแก้กฎหมายเก่า ๆ ที่ไม่ดีพอ ไปให้ฝ่ายบริหารหรือที่ฝ่ายบริหารเองเสนอเข้ามา คือให้รัฐบาล ฝ่ายอำนาจบริหารทำหน้าที่ตนเองไปได้อย่างเฉียบขาด ไม่เลอะเทอะ สับสน, เต็มไปด้วยความสงสัยไม่สบายใจกันไปหมดอย่างที่เป็นอยู่วันนี้

 

8.นี่แหละ ประชาธิปไตย เมื่อมีกฎหมายออกมาบังคับใช้แล้ว หรือแม้กฎหมายที่มีอยู่ ใช้อยู่มาแต่เดิมก็ตาม ที่ถือว่าอยู่ใต้การดูแล การตรวจสอบ การ รับผิดชอบของฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ เพราะฝ่ายนิติบัญญัตินี้ทั้งหมดมาจากประชาชนทั้งชาตินั้นเอง คือรัฐสภาของประชาชน ซึ่งรัฐสภาของประชาชนเขาเป็นผู้ออกคำสั่งโดยกฎหมายไปแล้วถือว่าออกโดยประชามหาชน ที่คนทั้งแผ่นดินต้องเคารพ และทุกฝ่ายปฏิบัติไปตามคำสั่งหรือกฎหมายของประชามหาชน นั่นคือออกอำนาจไปได้ถึงสั่งการประหารชีวิต จำคุกตอลดชีวิต ริบทรัพย์ทั้งหมดเป็นของแผ่นดิน เนรเทศนักการเมืองโกงชาติไปเสียจากประเทศไทยก็ทำได้ ซึ่งเป็นการกระทำไปในนามของสภาของประชาชน ตัวแทนคนไทยทั้งประเทศ นั่นเองเป็นความชอบธรรมอันสูงสุดและด้วยเหตุนี้แหละ ใครคิดเอากฎหมู่มาแทนกฎหมาย จึงเป็นโจรร้ายแต่ต้นแล้วฐานทรยศต่อประชาชนนั่นเอง

9.และ นี่เองที่ม็อบชื่อต่าง ๆ เช่นม็อบคณะราษฎร ม็อบธรรมศาสตร์ ม็อบปลดแอก ขยี้เผด็จการ ม็อบต่อสู้เพื่อประชาธิปไตย ม็อบสิทธิมนุษยชน ม็อบพีมู๊ฟ ม็อบเดินทางไกลทะลุฟ้า บางกลอย ม็อบวันนี้ที่ชื่อม็อบรีเดน ฯลฯซึ่งล้วนเป็นม็อบไร้ค่าเพียงขยะ และนักการเมืองพรรคใหม่ ๆเช่นพรรคก้าวไกล ไม่เข้าใจเลย และมาทำผิดกฎหมายแบบไม่รู้ว่าตนทำผิดกฎหมายผิดบทบัญญัติตามมาตรฐานความเป็นธรรมของประชาชนคนไทยทั้งชาติ ถึงขนาดโดนยุบพรรคการเมืองตนไปแล้ว (พรรคอนาคตใหม่ของนายธนาธร จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ นั่นเอง) ตนเองเคยเป็น สส.ได้เข้าสภาอันทรงเกียรติ์ ได้แต่งเครื่องแบบสง่างามของ สส. ได้ยกไม้ยกมือกับสส.ท่านอื่นเขาแค่ครั้งสองครั้ง ก็ โดนไล่ออกจากสภาไปแล้ว(คงเป็นเรื่องที่คนๆหนึ่งสลดใจไปตลอดชีวิตกับความโง่ของตนเองที่ไม่ฟังกฎหมายไม่รู้กฎหมาย) โดนข้อห้ามไปยุ่งเกี่ยวการเมือง 10 ปี ก็ยังไม่รู้เรื่องและ 10 ปีน่ะ เขาห้ามอะไร อย่างไร ก็ยังเฉยเมย หากทำผิดไปอีกก็จะโดยแบบไม่รู้เรื่องไปอีก แม้กระนั้นก็ยังคงยืนยันทำผิดต่อไปอีกโดยเฉพาะบัดนี้รู้กันไปทั้งประเทศแล้วที่พรรคฝ่ายค้านยืนยันการแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญให้ประเทศไทยเป็นสาธารณรัฐมีประธานาธิบดี แทนระบบกษัตริย์(นั้นหมายถึงเจตนาล้มล้างสถาบันอยู่แล้ว) มีคณะอาจารย์ 105 คนในวงการมหาวิทยาลัยยืนยันสนับสนุน(แบบไม่รู้ว่าตนมีหน้าที่อะไรในการปกครองประเทศและขยายความไม่รู้นี้ไปยังม็อบธรรมศาสตร์และการเมืองตลอดมา ที่สมควรไล่105อาจารย์นี้ออกไปจากวงการราชการไทยได้แล้วในข้อหา ไม่เข้าใจหน้าที่ราชการของตนนั้นเอง นอกไปจากการสอนไปอย่างผิดๆตามความโง่ของตน),

 

10.จึงตามเหตุผลนี้เอง แล้วไปบอกว่าตนเป็นผู้รักประชาธิปไตยรังเกียจเผด็จการ เป็นประชาธิปไตยไล่เผด็จการ ก็จึงไม่เข้าหูประชาชนเจ้าของประเทศ เพราะไร้เหตุผลนั้นเอง จึง แพ้ไปหมดในระยะต่อมา ๆ ในสนามการเมืองประชาธิปไตย, นับแต่การเมืองระดับท้องถิ่น มี อบจ.ทั้งประเทศ, แม้กระทั่งการเลือกตั้งซ่อมระดับชาติ ที่มีมาก่อนแล้ว 6 จังหวัด และจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชก็เพิ่งผ่านไป ก็ไม่คิดว่า นั่นแหละเข้าระบบประชาธิปไตยที่แท้จริงแล้ว จะเอาอะไรเกินไปกว่าเสียงของประชาชนที่มีสิทธิ์มีอำนาจการเมืองเฉพาะตัวคนประชาธิปไตยคนละ 1 เสียงเท่ากันทั้งโลกประชาธิปไตยเล่า ? แล้วพอไปแบบนั้น แบบ อบจ.ทีว่า พรรคอนาคตใหม่-ก้าวไกลแพ้ไปหมด กลายเป็นพรรคและนักการเมืองประเภทที่

 

11.ประชาชนไทยตราหน้าหนักแผ่นดินไปทั้งประเทศ, นั้นแหละวิถีประชาธิปไตยอำนาจเป็นของประชาชนที่แท้จริง ๆ ทำไมคนพวกนี้ไม่ไปต่อสู้ ไม่ไปส่งเสริม สนับสนุน ไม่ให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนในทางที่ถูกต้อง ไม่มองอะไรที่บกพร่องแล้วรู้วิธีหรือแนวทางที่ถูกต้องในการแก้ปัญหา จึงจะนำไปสู่ความเป็นประชาธิปไตยจริง ๆ และต่อไปก็จะมีอะไรล่ะ 28 มี.ค.2564 อีกทั่วประเทศ เลือกตั้งสภาเทศบาล ก็นี่แหละประชาธิปไตย ที่อาศัยอำนาจประชาชน 1 คน 1 เสียง อีกครั้ง, เป็นการสร้างวัฒนธรรมประชาธิปไตย รู้ปัญหาประชาธิปไตยที่ไทยเป็นอยู่ ซึ่งปัญหาที่เห็นง่าย ๆ ที่สุดตลอดมาก็คือคำว่าเสรีภาพเสรีชน เรายังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจเลย

 

12.ฉะนั้นจึงต้องมาช่วยกันให้ประชาชนในระบบอบประชาธิปไตยเป็นเสรีชนกันจริง ๆ ประชาธิปไตยจะมีไม่ได้ในสังคมทาส จึงมีสงครามทาสในอเมริกา และทาสในไทยก็ถูกยกเลิกไปแล้วโดยบารมีของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ร.5 มาวันนี้...ต้องมองเรื่องทาสมองประเด็นเดียวก่อน เสรีชนจะต้องไม่มีการซื้อสิทธิ์ขายเสียง (ต้องไม่มีการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งแบบที่มีมาล่าสุดที่นครศรีธรรมราช ทุจริตการเลือกตั้ง อันเป็นเหตุให้ไล่สส.เดิมออกไป(ไล่นาย...ออก) มีการเลือกตั้งซ่อมนครศรีธรรมราชล่าสุดนั่นเอง....มาต่อสู้กันให้เสรีชน โดยการปลุกความเป็นตัวของตัวเอง ความมีอำนาจของตนเองภูมิใจในฐานะคน หรือเสรีชนอย่างเต็มที่
