ปัญหาของพระพุทธศาสนาแก้ไขได้ง่ายทั้งระบบสงฆ์ แล้วนั้นหมายถึงสว่างรุ่งเรืองไปทั้งโลกยุคนี้

1. หน้าที่ของพระสงฆ์ผู้บวชห่มเหลืองแล้วนั้น  นับแต่วันบวชครองผ้ากาสาวพัสตร์มาวันแรกเป็นต้นไปนั้น  ก็คือการแสวงหาความหลุดพ้น สู่มรรคผลนิพพานอย่างเดียว  ไม่มีหน้าที่อย่างอื่น  ไม่แหกทางไปปฏิบัติอย่างอื่น    หน้าที่เดียวเท่านี้เอง  ไปตลอดชีวิต  จนกว่าจะบรรลุมรรคผลคือได้สำเร็จรู้แจ้งสัจธรรมระดับโสดาบัน ขึ้นมาให้ได้แล้ว   นั่นคือ ชีวิตนักบวชนั้น มุ่งเป้าหมายสู่มรรคผล นิพพานเท่านั้น.....เพราะสัจธรรมมีว่า การเกิดมาพบพระพุทธศาสนานั้นเป็นของประเสริฐของดีที่สุดยากที่จะได้มาพบอยู่แล้ว  และที่จะได้อะไรของชีวิตที่ดีที่สุดที่ไม่มีที่ใดให้ได้ นอกจากพุทธสาวกผู้ทำหน้าที่ของสาวกได้อย่างถูกต้อง ...และที่ทุกวันนี้ไม่เข้าใจกันเลย  ดูเหมือนไม่เข้าใจเลยก็คือ มรรคผล นิพพาน นั้นเป็นประโยชน์ต่อ นักบวชพุทธสาวกห่มเหลืองนั้นเอง  และครั้นได้ระดับ โสดาบันไปแล้ว  นั้น เป็นประโยชน์ล้ำเลิศ  เป็นการได้การพบของวิเศษ  แม้โลกทั้งโลกก็ไม่มีประโยชน์เท่าเลย  

ฉะนั้นทำไมไม่มาทบทวนหน้าที่ของตนนี้ หน้าที่เพื่อประโยชน์ตนเอง และพระพุทธศาสนาที่มีคนเป็นห่วงใยกันมากมายในวันนี้   เป็นประโยชน์ คือสิ่งที่จะได้นั้น มีประโยชน์  ไม่ใช่ประโยชน์ธรรมดา ๆ   แต่พ้นทุกข์ไปทั้งหมดทั้งสิ้นไปเลย   จึงเป็นหน้าที่ที่หากเข้าใจแล้วก็จะถึงสละชีวิตตนเอง  ถึงกับถวายชีวิตตนเองทั้งชีวิต ให้ได้เพื่อสำเร็จอริยมรรค อริยผลระดับสุดยอดสูงสุด คือ  อรหันตบุคคลไปเลย  อริยมรรคอริยผล  ในชาตินี้ให้ได้นั่นเอง ตามหลัก สัมมาสติ  คือ  อย่าไปหวังประโยชน์ในชาติหน้า ปีหน้า  อาทิตย์หน้า  วันพรุ่งนี้ ไม่เอา  เอาปัจจุบันให้ได้  แต่ต้องทำให้ได้สำเร็จในชาตินี้   วันนี้  ที่นี่และเดี๋ยวนี้  นั้นเอง สัมมาสติที่ต้องเอามาใช้ในกรณีนี้

ประเด็น ณ ที่นี้ก็คือ ทุกวันนี้มีผู้ที่อยู่ในหน้าที่ตนเอง  แต่ไม่เข้าใจหน้าที่ก็มีอยู่เต็มไปหมด และนำไปสู่ปัญหาไปหมด  จนถึงขั้นวิตกกันว่า ถึงวาระที่พุทธศาสนาไทยจะล่มสลายลงแล้ว

(1.) นับแต่ระดับองค์กรสูงสุดคือ สมเด็จพระสังฆราช  มหาเถรสมาคม  ผู้เป็นประธานกรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม   ผู้เป็นกรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม อันมาจากบุคคลผู้สูงสุดขององค์กรสงฆ์ทั้งประเทศ  ที่เป็นองค์กรสูงสุดของพระพุทธศาสนาวันนี้ ต่างก็มีหน้าที่ของตนอันนี้  หน้าที่ที่ที่ต้องพาตนเอง  ผู้มีฐานะอันสูงส่งดังนี้แล้ว นั่นเอง  ยังมีหน้าที่ที่ต้องพาตนเองไปถึงอริยะฐานะเริ่มต้นที่ โสดาบัน    มีหน้าที่ บรรลุโสดาบันให้ได้...ถึงอรหันต์ได้ยิ่งดีเลิศ นั่นแหละหน้าที่สำคัญยิ่งกว่าไปทำอย่างอื่นทั้งสิ้น   เพื่อความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระพุทธศาสนา …มีหรือไม่ ?  ไม่มีเลย  มีแต่คิดเอาเองว่าตนเป็นอรหันต์ คนโง่ๆๆๆๆ ก็คิดว่า นั่นแหละอรหันต์

(2.) พระผู้ดำรงสมณศักดิ์สูงสุด นับแต่สมเด็จพระสังฆราช ลงมาชั้นพรหม ชั้นธรรม ชั้นเทพ  ชั้นราช ชั้นสามัญ  พระครู  เจ้าคณะหน เจ้าคณะภาค  เจ้าคณะจังหวัดเจ้าคณะอำเภอ เจ้าคณะตำบล ที่ล้วนมีสมณศักดิ์ กำกับไปด้วยทั้งสิ้น (มากมายหลายชั้นยศเหลือเกิน  จนนี่แหละเป็นการบอกถึงความไร้ปัญญา ไร้หน้าที่ ไร้ความคิดการเดินสู่มรรคผลนิพพานไปหมด ตามระบบสงฆ์เจ้าขุนมูลนายไทย)   ถึงสงฆ์ผู้ไม่มีสมณศักดิ์ใดใด    ก็มีหน้าที่อันเดียวกันนี้  คือหน้าที่ทำตนให้บรรลุเป็นโสดาบันอย่างต่ำ  อย่างสูงให้อรหัตผล ทุกคน  หากยังไม่บรรลุ  อย่าไปคิดทำอย่างอื่นจะเป็นการนอกหน้าที่ไปหมดหรือแม้กระทั่งไปทำอะไรแบบไม่เข้าใจสัจธรรม นั่นคือ การได้ตำแหน่งแล้วไปยึดมั่นถือมั่นแบบอำนาจการปกครองแบบยุคเจ้าขุนมูลนาย คือมองแบบตำแหน่งอำนาจ แบบการเมืองยุคเจ้าขุนมูลนาย  เป็นนายคนทั้งหลาย  เป็นนายหมู่สงฆ์ทั้งหลายที่ตนไปแล้วเขาต้องกราบราบลงดิน และเอาทรัพย์สมบัติเครื่องบำรุงบำเรอมาถวาย  ประมาณนั้นเลย   นั้นหารู้ไม่ว่า  คือ  ภวะ-วิภะวะตัณหา นั้นเอง  สร้างบาปที่ปิดกั้นมรรคผลนิพพานไปแบบตนโง่ไม่รู้หลงไปตามตัณหานั้นแท้ ๆ  (แสดงว่าไม่เคยอ่านเข้าใจเรื่องที่พุทธองค์ตรัส 3 รอบ 12 อาการ ในธัมมจักกัปปะวัตนะสูตรเลย ) แล้วจะสำเร็จมรรคผลได้อย่างไร ไม่รู้จักคิดเลยทั้ง ๆ ที่มาขนาดนี้แล้ว

(3.)  พระสงฆ์สาวกทั้งหลาย   ที่คนทั้งหลาย  แม้กระทั่งพระสงฆ์ด้วยกัน  โดยเฉพาะ พระสงฆ์ที่โลกเขาเอาตำแหน่งมาตั้งให้ เอายศถาบรรดาศักดิ์ เจ้าขุนมูลนายมาใส่ให้  มักจะมองว่า  เป็นสงฆ์ชั้นต่ำ(พระกระจอก) ...หาใช่ไม่...นั่นแหละเป็นความเข้าใจผิดอย่างแท้จริง    แท้จริง มนุษย์ใดก็ตาม ได้เข้ามาสู่สงฆสาวกพระพุทธเจ้าแล้ว คนใดก็ตามนั้นมิใช่คนธรรมดาเลย   นั้นแหละเดินทางเข้าสู่เส้นทางประเสริฐแล้ว(คนพุทธเราเดิมก็เข้าใจดี แม้ลูกตนเองบวช พ่อแม่ยังก้มลงกราบ  แม้กษัตริย์ก็กราบพระสงฆ์ทุกคนเลย เพราะเหตุที่เป็นพุทธสาวกผู้มุ่งเดินทางสู่มรรคผลนิพพานนั้นเอง)  คือ  โสดาบันมรรค   ถึงอรหัตตผล พอ ๆ กับสงฆ์ 2-3ประเภทที่อ้างมาแล้วนั้นเลยทีเดียว และ  การที่เป็นสงฆ์ธรรมดา  ไม่ถูกภวะ  วิภวะตัณหามารมาผูกมัดเป็นทาสแล้ว(ไม่มียศถาบรรดาศักดิ์สงฆ์  ตำแหน่งทางการปกครองแบบเจ้าขุนมูลนายเดิม...ซึ่งนั่นคือ ภวะ-วิภะวะ ตัณหานั่นเอง)  นั่นแหละ การได้เป็นเพียงสงฆ์สาวกแบบมัชฌิมาปฏิปทาจึงเป็นทางประเสริฐกว่าด้วยซ้ำ ...แต่ประเด็นก็คือ สงฆ์สาวกทั้งหลายเหล่านี้ก็เช่นเดียวกัน ยังมีหน้าที่ที่ต้องปฏิบัติไปจนบรรลุผลสำเร็จ  นั่นก็คือปฏิบัติธรรมสู่มรรคผลนิพพานให้จงได้  แม้ด้วยชีวิต อันเป็นหน้าที่อย่างเดียวกันกับสงฆ์มีชนชั้นฐานะทางการปกครอง อื่น ๆ    

 (4.)  พระสงฆ์ทั้งหลาย ไม่ว่าอยู่ในฐานะสมณศักดิ์ใดตำแหน่งการเมือง อำนาจระดับใดก็ตาม มีหน้าที่อย่างเดียวกัน ไม่แตกต่างเลย ที่ต้องปฏิบัติไปจนเสร็จภาระหน้าที่นั้น   ครั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่สำเร็จนั้น หมายความว่าบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพาน  นั่นคือการบรรลุอริยบุคคล ตั้งแต่ระดับโสดาบัน ไปสกทาคามี  อนาคามี  หรือ  อรหันต์เลยก็ได้  ซึ่งยุคนี้สามารถทำได้ไม่ยากเย็นและนั้นแหละการพ้นปัญหา พ้นทุกข์ไปแล้ว สังคมก็พลอยได้ประโยชน์ไปทั่วโลก  นั้นเองพุทธศาสนาเป็นสิ่งประเสริฐที่เคารพบูชาของโลกทั้งโลกได้

(5.)  การปฏิบัติ ๆไปตามระบบสงฆ์เดิมนั้นเอง กิจวัตร 10ประการของสงฆ์ทุกรูปมีกำหนดไว้แบบลงตัวทุกข้อและถือปฏิบัติมาตลอด ให้ร่วมกันเดินพร้อมกันหมด  และหลัก มรรค 8  อันเป็นหลักการ มัชฌิมาปฏิปทา ซึ่งหมายความว่าเป็นหลักการบรรลุอริยมรรคแบบใครก็ตามฏิบัติไปได้ตามหลักทั้ง 8 นี้แล้วย่อมบรรลุได้  ท่านไม่จำเพาะเลยว่าเฉพาะพระสงฆ์สาวก  ไม่จำเพาะเลยว่าเฉพาะชาวพุทธ  แต่ชนชาย หญิง ผู้มีปัญญารู้แจ้งตามมรรค 8นี้สามารถบรรลุได้หมด ไม่ว่าชนเชื้อชาติใด ศาสนาใด  และนี่แหละเมื่อมองใกล้ตัว คือมองในวงการสงฆ์ไทยยุคนี้คำว่า สมณศักดิ์  ตำแหน่งทางการปกครองใดใดในระบบเจ้าขุนมูลนายสงฆ์ยุคนี้หรือยุคไหนจึงไม่มีความหมายสำหรับมัชฌิมาปฏิปทานี้เลย  คือ ขึ้นอยู่ที่กรรม:ทำดีได้ดี ทำชั่วได้ชั่ว ใครทำใครได้...ไม่มีอำนาจใดบันดาลให้ได้ (ตามหลักสัมมาทิฏฐินั่นเอง) ใครทำกรรมดีได้ก็ได้ แม้ดีถึงอริยมรรคอริยะผลสูงสุด ก็ด้วยกรรม  ไม่จำกัดว่า ท่านต้องเป็นด๊อดเตอร์  เปรียญ9ประโยค  ไม่จำกัดว่าท่านต้องเป็นสมเด็จนั่นสมเด็จนี้  พระพรหมนั่นพระพรหมนี้  

3.

แต่ ทั่วไป  สงฆ์เสมอกันหมดด้วย พระธรรมวินัย 227 ข้อ 311 ข้อ  ซึ่งทรงยืนยันถึงผลสำเร็จด้วยพระองค์เองตามที่ทรงตรัส 3รอบ12 อาการ นั้นเอง  สงฆ์ทั้งประเทศ ทั้งโลก มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามระบบนี้ให้มีลักษณะเป็นสงฆ์สาวกเหมือนกันหมด   เพียงแต่ ผู้ที่มีตำแหน่ง เจ้าคณะผู้ปกครอง ทรงสมณศักดิ์สูงส่ง   ต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้ถูก คือ อย่าไปคิดว่าตำแหน่ง และสมณศักดิ์ของตนเป็นเรื่องของอำนาจ(ซึ่งจะหมายถึง ภวะ-วิภะวะตัณหา นั่นเอง รู้เสียด้วย) คืออำนาจ ตนมีอำนาจเหนือสงฆ์องค์อื่น  โดยเฉพาะประชาชนคนพุทธ มาพบท่านเจ้าคุณเข้าแล้ว ต้องหมอบราบกราบกรานแบบไม่มีเงื่อนไข พอ ๆ กับสงฆ์สามัญชนคนธรรมดาๆ ....

แต่ต้องเข้าใจว่าตำแหน่งนั้นคือหน้าที่  และเป็นหน้าที่รับใช้พระองค์อื่น พระผู้บวชเข้ามาเพื่อใฝ่แสวงหาอริยสัจธรรมมรรคผลนิพพานให้ดีที่สุดให้สมบูรณ์ที่สุดเพื่อให้บรรลุมรรคผลให้ได้   ไม่ใช่เป็นเจ้าเป็นนายเขา  ตรงนี้แหละคือประเด็นสำคัญของการเดินไปพร้อมกันได้ทั้งระบบสงฆ์มหาศาลทุกวันนี้  ตนมีหน้าที่อำนวยแนวทางปฏิบัติแก้ปัญหาทางปฏิบัติให้สงฆ์ทั้งหลายได้ปฏิบัติสู่มรรคผลนิพพานสถานเดียว   มิใช่เพื่อเป้าหมายอื่นใดเลย  มีอย่างเดียว เพื่อมรรคผลนิพพานได้อย่างเต็มที่  และครั้นมีความสำเร็จเกิดขึ้น  สถานะนั้นก็คืออริยะฐานะอริยะฐานันดร  อริยะวงศ์  อริยบุคคลสงฆ์ผู้สูงส่งประเสริฐ  ที่พ้นสถานะปุถุชนไปแล้วเกินสมณศักดิ์ปุถุชน เกินสถานะตำแหน่งองค์กรอำนาจปุถุชนสงฆ์ 

นั้นเองการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ที่ในที่สุดนำเราทั้งหมดทั้งระบบสงฆ์อันไพศาลบรรลุโลกอริยบุคคล  พร้อมกัน  ด้วยกัน  ก็ย่อมเบิกตามวลชนทั้งโลกให้มองเห็นความดี ความประเสริฐของสงฆ์สาวก  ไปส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาให้เผยแผ่คุณงามความดี นำเส้นทางมรรคผลนิพพานไปสู่คนทั้งโลก  นั่นแหละความกตัญญู กตะเวทิตาของสงฆ์ทั้งปวงแด่องค์บรมศาสดาสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าอย่างแท้จริงเช่นนี้นั้น นำความเจริญมาให้พระพุทธศาสนากระเดื่องดังไปทั้งโลกยุคใหม่ อันเนื่องเพราะการบังเกิดขึ้นของหมู่สงฆ์อริยบุคคลทั้งระบบนั่นเอง   เป็นการที่พระพุทธศาสนาปกครองโลกทั้งโลก ด้วย อริยะธรรม  นำโลกไปพ้นทุกข์ทั้งโลกเนิ่นนานไปชั่วฟ้าดินสลาย....เพียงทำหน้าที่ของตนให้ดีเต็มที่เท่านั้นเอง

6. โดยรูปธรรมขณะนี้

(1.) เป็นยุคโควิต 19 คนทั้งโลกกำลังลำบากยากจน และถูกเข่นฆ่าเอาชีวิตไปกว่า 6 ล้านคนแล้ว  ยากจนกันไปทั้งโลกแล้ว  แม้ว่าเมืองไทยเมืองพุทธนั้น ย่อหย่อนลงมากว่าประเทศทั้งหลาย ค่อยผ่านความลำบากมาตามลำดับแล้ว   แต่กระนั้นก็ตามมีสิ่งที่คณะสงฆ์ทั้งระบบ ทั้งคณะ น่าจะแสดงออกถึงความมีเมตตากรุณาสงสารผู้ยากไร้   นั้นก็ด้วยการหยุดการก่อสร้างวัตถุใดๆ ลงเสียก่อนชั่วระยะหนึ่ง ให้การหยุดการก่อสร้างของคณะสงฆ์เป็นการแสดงออกถึงความกรุณาปรานีแด่ชนชาวไทยชนชาวโลกไปสักระยะ 2-3 ปี  ไม่ให้มีเสียงเลื่อยเสียงสิ่วเสียงตอกตะปู แม้ดอกเดียวในวัดทั่วประเทศ   และสมควรให้มีการฟึกฟื้นร่วมกันทั้งราชอาณาจักรพุทธ  กลับไปเริ่มกิจวัตร 10 พร้อมกัน  มุ่งมรรคผลนิพพานพร้อมกัน ตามหลักอริยมรรค 8 อันเป็นมัชฌิมาปฏิปทา โดยโอกาศแห่งสถานการณ์อันยากไร้เช่นนี้แหละบันดาลผลสำเร็จทางมรรคผลนิพพานให้มาเสมอ

(2.)  การพิจารณาแก้ไขกฎหมายคณะสงฆ์ ให้ระวังเรื่องการบัญญัติเรื่อง  หน้าที่ขององค์กรปกครองสงฆ์  โดยจะต้องสอดคล้องหลักการหน้าที่เพื่อมรรคผลดังกล่าวมา ระวังความหมายเรื่อง อำนาจ  อันจะเป็นการใส่เรื่อง ภวะ-วิภวะ ตัณหาเข้าไปให้พระสังฆาธิการปฏิบัติ  ซึ่งนั่นเป็นการบาป  ที่สั่งให้ทำบาป สร้างภวะ-วิภวะตัณหา ที่ตรงข้ามกับคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า  ที่ปิดกั้นเจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการเองไปสู่มรรคผลนิพพานอย่างทึบไปเลย  เพราะนำไปสู่ตัณหาอย่างไม่หวาดหวั่น  รู้สึกตัว   โดยรูปธรรมก็คือ  อย่าให้มีความหมายทางอำนาจ ที่เจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการจะนำไปกดขี่ บีบบังคับพระสงฆ์ใต้การปกครอง   หากแต่ต้องบัญญัติ ให้เจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการเหล่านี้ รู้ในหน้าที่ของการรับใช้สงฆ์สาวกของพระพุทธเจ้า บริการนำพระสงฆ์ทั้งหลายไปประพฤติปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อการบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพานเป็นโสดาบัน  ถึงอรหันต์ หากทำผิดไปจากหลักการนี้ก็ถือว่าทำไปผิดหน้าที่ ควรเอาออกจากตำแหน่งเจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการไปเสีย   ดูเรื่องหน้าที่ของเจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการตามกฎหมายคณะสงฆ์   ดูมาตรา 37 (2).....   

(3.) ตามสถานการณ์ของโลกยุคใหม่นี้ เพื่อบำรุงส่งเสริมให้พระภิกษุสงฆ์ ได้ใช้เวลาของการบวช เป็นไปเพื่อการปฏิบัติธรรมบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพานอย่างแท้จริง  ให้ปราศจากความห่วงกังวล จากสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจพื้นฐาน เรื่องปัจจัย 4  จึงควรให้มีการ กำหนดเงินเดือนให้พระภิกษุสงฆ์ทุกรูป ....พอที่จะไม่ต้องถูกสถานการณ์บังคับให้ไปแสวงหาจตุปัจจัยไทยทานแบบลับๆ ล่อ ๆ หรือเป็นทาสศาสนาเทวะนิยม  แบบไม่สอดคล้องพระธรรมวินัย ให้หมดกังวลลง ในเรื่องการใช้จ่ายพื้นฐานของชีวิตยุคใหม่  เพื่อการตั้งใจปฏิบัติธรรมอันตรงแท้และมีการต่อเนื่อง มีการเดินวิริยารัมภะไปได้จนตลอด เกิดผลต่อการบรรลุมรรคผลได้.. เรื่องนี้ น่าพิจารณาไปถึงเรื่องที่เป็นการทำบุญทำทานเป็นกรณีงานบุญธรรมดา ๆ

อีกประการหนึ่งที่ชาวพุทธทั้งหลาย ที่ชาวพุทธทั่วไปในประเทศไทย(รวมทั้งวัดใหญ่ที่มีบารมีรายรับมากมายเป็นประจำวันอยู่ด้วยให้ความอุปถัมภ์ร่วมกัน)  อันเป็นประเทศพุทธศาสนาประจำชาติมาหลายร้อยปีนี้ ย่อมมีส่วนร่วมด้วย ได้อย่างเป็นการบุญโดยแท้จริง   และเป็นการอุปถัมภ์พระพุทธศาสนาโดยตรงเลยทีเดียว .....ขอเสนอข้อนี้ไปยังรัฐบาลโดยตรงและ องค์การพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ กรมการศาสนา และทั้งชาวพุทธทั้งหลายทั่วไทยทั่วโลก ฯลฯ ได้โปรดพิจารณาทำบุญของชาติไทยในประเด็นนี้...และนั่นแหละเราจะได้เห็นพระอริยะบุคคลมากมายบังเกิดขึ้นในแผ่นดินยุคนี้และแผ่ผายออกไปทั่วโลก   (***********ลงเฟส  11 ธ.ค. 2565)

Buddhism's problems are easy to solve. by knowing the duty perform duties until success is achieved

1. The duties of monks who are ordained in yellow clothes from the first day of ordination is the pursuit of liberation. to Nirvana alone no other duties Do not break the way to do something else. This is the only duty for the rest of his life until he attains the Noble Truth. Come up and get it, that's the life of that priest. Aim for the goal Nirvana only.....because the truth is that Being born to meet Buddhism is a very good and best thing that is hard to find. and to get the best of life that is not available anywhere else In addition to the disciples of the Buddha who perform the duty of disciples properly. ...and that today we do not understand each other I don't seem to understand at all that Nirvana is beneficial to Buddhist disciple monks wearing yellow robes. and when level Being single is already a great benefit. It's a wonderful discovery. even the whole world is not as useful
