People around me told me that it was foolish to dedicate my youth to religion. But I think it’s the best choice in my best life. Everything is impermament, only Buddha Dhamma give us certains.

Everything is impermament, only Buddha Dhamma give us certains .....ตอนนี้ฉันอายุ 22 ปี และอายุเพียง 19 ปีเท่านั้นเมื่อตัดสินใจปฏิบัติธรรมเป็นประจำ ในประเทศของฉัน อิตาลี คนหนุ่มสาวไม่นับถือศาสนา คนรอบข้างบอกฉันว่าการอุทิศเยาวชนให้กับศาสนาเป็นเรื่องโง่ แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในชีวิตที่ดีที่สุดของฉัน ทุกสิ่งล้วนไม่เที่ยงธรรม พระพุทธเจ้าเท่านั้นที่ทำให้เราแน่นอน.....💛And think you're coming to the true way of life, and to get true way of Buddhism, to lead our life well with your normal life...... I mean as the one who get a life, to live with the life, to safe to live, the life as your common life walks while you always think of Buddha and His teaching, the way to overcome all lust, or all lustful desire . Only try to clear one's heart, your heart, to clean all lust desire in your heart, till finding by oneself that all lust desires in your heart has all gone away, at that time you see in the inner part, of your life all clean and empty, the most clean of a bright light and become noble, away from the human world, to NIRVWANA. That's the most richest life of life. It's the noble life. Hope you'll try hard to reach the new world of Buddha..where all sufferring lost by the one's noble intelligence. 💛💛💛

Everything is impermament, only Buddha Dhamma give us certains. ..ตอนนี้ฉันอายุ 22 ปี และอายุเพียง 19 ปีเท่านั้นเมื่อตัดสินใจปฏิบัติธรรมเป็นประจำ ในประเทศของฉัน อิตาลี คนหนุ่มสาวไม่นับถือศาสนา คนรอบข้างบอกฉันว่าการอุทิศเยาวชนให้กับศาสนาเป็นเรื่องโง่ แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในชีวิตที่ดีที่สุดของฉัน ทุกสิ่งล้วนไม่เที่ยงธรรม พระพุทธเจ้าเท่านั้นที่ทำให้เราแน่นอน.....💛 และคิดว่าเธอได้มาสู่เส้นทางที่ถูกต้องแล้ว และได้พบทางที่ถูกที่ไปสู่พระพุทธศาสนา เพื่อที่จะนำชีวิตของเราเองไปได้อย่างดีบนวิถีทางปกติคนทั้งหลาย ฉันหมายความว่า ในฐานะที่คนๆ หนึ่งผู้ซึ่งมีชีวิตขึ้นมา เอาชีวิตให้รอดตายแล้วพาชีวิตตนนั้นเดินตามทางแห่งชีวิตคนทั้งหลายมาตลอดนั้น เธอนั้นคิดถึงพระพุทธเจ้าเสมอมาไม่เคยหยุดลงเลย และคิดคำสอนของพระองค์มาตลอด คำสอนที่บอกหนทางที่กำจัดกิเลศ และความปรารถนาในกิเลสกามตัณหาอันเป็นความหยากในดวงใจทั้งหลายลงให้ได้ โดยที่เพียงเราพยายามชำระดวงจิตของเราให้ขาวสะอาด...จนที่สุดได้พบเห็นด้วยตนเองว่ากิเลสกามตัณหาความหยากทั้งหลายได้หายไปหมดสิ้นจากดวงใจ ภาคภายในของเรา ได้เห็นว่าความอยากทั้งหลายในภาคภายในหายไปและเกิดความว่างเปล่าในดวงจิตของเราขึ้นมา ได้พบแสงอันเจิดจ้าที่สะอาดเอี่ยม นั้นแหละได้พบทางอันสูงส่งประเสริฐที่ตรงสู่โลก นิพพาน แล้ว นั้นแหละเป็นความร่ำรวยที่สุดของชีวิตเป็นชีวิตที่สูงส่งประเสริฐล้ำเลิศ ที่รวมปัญญาอันแจ่มจ้าชนะปัญหาทุกประการในโลกนี้ หวังว่าเธอจะทำความพยายามอย่างหนักต่อไปเพื่อได้พบโลกใหม่ขององค์พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า.... 💛🐔

💛AS you're a young one. Go on on your life. Do the best of your education, and you have to do job, or to get your occupation in order to look after your life by yourself. The budhadhamma teaching is to do all these things everything, meditation, or breathings, with your full diligence, and not let laziness overcome you. Laziness is the real great Devil you have to kill it. Try your attemp to get rich, but all the way the life walks make the life away of laziness. Laziness or Idleness is the one's enemy which you have to kill it away from your heart. See it's coming to the one's heart and kill all laziness till no laziness in your heart then the diligence come to your heart you do anything any jobs with all diligence, no laziness in your heart. That' the way to kill all lustfull desires from one's heart and get victory to the way of Niavana your laziness is the real Devil in one's life to kill it mean victory in one's life the way of success in both your occupation or getting richness in the world of technology today and the way to overcome all lustful desires in your heart and reach the world of Nirvana by the way of diligence. This is the simple way of practice of Buddha teaching to Nirvana It's simple but it's true.💛💛💛

ในฐานะที่เป็นเยาวชนอยู่ จงเดินชีวิตของตนต่อไป ทำดีที่สุดในเรื่องการศึกษาและจำเป็นต้องมีงานทำ หรือการประกอบอาชีพ เพื่อเลี้ยงชีวิตด้วยตัวเราเอง มีคำสอนทางพุทธธรรมก็คือ ให้ทำสิ่งต่างๆ ทั้งหลายเหล่านี้ แม้การทำสมาธิและเจริญลมปราณ หรือทำงานใดใด ให้ทำด้วยความขยันเต็ม ๆ และไม่ยอมให้มีความขี้เกียจเข้าครอบงำเราได้, ความขี้เกียจนั้นแหละเป็นมารร้ายตัวโตใหญ่อย่างแท้จริง, ท่านจะต้องฆ่ามันเสียให้ได้, จงพยายามทำงานจนร่ำรวยให้ได้, แต่ต้องระวังว่าตลอดเส้นทางเดินของชีวิตทุกระยะนั้น ต้องฆ่ามารคือความขี้เกียจให้หมดลงให้ได้ตลอด, ความขี้เกียจหรือความเงื่องหงอยนั้นเป็นศัตรูของเรา ที่เราต้องฆ่ามันเสียจากดวงใจของเรา, พยายามมองดูการมาของมันและฆ่ามันเสีย พยายามในการงานให้ร่ำรวย โดยงานการของเรานั้นไม่มีความขี้เกียจเลย ฆ่ามันทิ้งหมดแล้ว ก็มีแต่ความขยันจริง ๆ อยู่ในดวงใจของเรา, ทำให้เราทำงานทุกอย่างอย่างขยันขันแข็ง, ไม่มีความขี้เกียจในดวงใจเราเลย, นั้นแหละเป็นวิถีทางนำไปฆ่าสังหารความอยาก ความปรารถนาในกิเลสตัณหาอุปาทาน ได้ชัยชนะไปสู่เส้นทางนิพพานได้  ความขี้เกียจนี้เองเป็นมารปีศาจร้าย เมื่อฆ่ามันทิ้งเสียนั้นก็หมายถึงการได้ชัยชนะในเรื่องแนวทางอาชีพ ความร่ำรวย จากโลกยุคเทกโนโลยี่นี้ และชนะกิเลส ชนะความปรารถนาต่อตัณหาต่างๆ ของจิตใจตัวเอง และนั่นแหละทางสู่โลกนิพพาน อันเข้าถึงได้ด้วยความขยันขันแข็ง นี้เอง นี่เป็นทางปฏิบัติอย่างง่าย ๆ ของพุทธธรรม เพื่อเข้าสู่โลกนิพพาน มันเป็นเรื่องง่าย ๆ แต่เป็นความจริงสำหรับนักปฏิบัติธรรม💛🐔

I see you're quite well in smadhi I would like to tell that the good smathi is a good advantage for you, but it is not the end, your good meditation will help you to get advantage in order that it will help you to see your true mind, Meditation can help the one to see one's mind You could see dirtiness in your heart. see dirty thoughts dirty desires in your heart and to see the cleanliness in one's mind, to see makes you'll hate a dirty mind, hate dirty desires, and this is the way, to clean the one's mind, to examine the one's mind and try hard, to make mind clean all, clean all empty and you can see can examine it all time, by your good meditation, and when all dirtiness all lustful desires, disappear from your heart, that at once you acchieve noble birth noble life to Nirvana world. Don't think to practice meditation so much...or to follow Jesus Christ or Muhammad for it isn' the top end, the top end is a clean heart By the one who always examines her heart all time and clean her heart all time to destroy all evil lust desires and you will see by your eyes by your inner intelligence, the truth of modern life, the empty heart, where all sufferings can be drove away, disappear, that's the end of the old world, to the new world of NIRVANA. New life, of new world of NOTHING, of no fear at all, of no age : no birth no youth, no old, and no death, of no sufferings, of all eternal happiness. Please try all your young life to the greatest success of Buddha in the today modern world.🐔 💛💛💛

อะโห ! ขอให้ฉันพูดะไรต่อไปอีกนิดหน่อยนะ เกี่ยวกับ สมาธิ เห็นละว่าเธอเก่งสมาธิเลยทีเดียว การเก่งสมาธินั้นแหละนำไปสู่ข้อได้เปรียบในทางปฏิบัติธรรม หากแต่ต้องเข้าใจว่ามันไม่ใช่จุดจบจ๊ะ สมาธิที่ดีของเรานั้นมันช่วยให้ได้เปรียบในเรื่องทำให้เรามองดูจิตใจของเราได้ถูกต้องชัดเจนดี สมาธิย่อมช่วยให้ใครก็ตามมองดู มองเห็นจิตใจตามความเป็นจริงของตนได้ สามารถมองเห็นความสกปรกในจิตใจของเราได้ เห็นความนึกคิดที่สกปรก เห็นความอยากในกิเลสตัณหาต่าง ๆ ล้วนสกปรกได้ชัดเจน และก็มองเห็นความสะอาดในดวงจิตของเราเอง การได้มองเห็นเช่นนี้ จะทำให้เราเกิดความเกลียดชังความสกปรกในดวงจิตของเรา เกลียดชังความใฝ่ปรารถนาความหยากในกาม และนี่เองนำไปสู่ความคิดล้างมันไปเสีย ให้ดวงใจเราสะอาดสะอ้านบริสุทธิจริง ๆ และเมื่อใดที่คุณสามารถขจัดความสกปรก ความใฝ่อยากในกามกิเลสทั้งหลายหมดสิ้นไปได้ เมื่อนั้นเองแหละคุณก็สำเร็จ ได้บังเกิดชีวิตใหม่ทันที นั่นคือสู่โลกนิพพานได้ทันที แต่เรื่องสมาธินี้ อย่าได้คิดฝักใฝ่ฝึกสมาธิไปแรงจัด ถึงขนาดตามไปอย่างพระเยซูคริสต์ หรือ พระมุหัมมัด เพราะสมาธิไม่ใช่จุดจบสูงสุดแต่อย่างใด จุดสูงสุดจุดจบนั้นคือ ทำดวงใจให้ใสสะอาดบริสุทธิ์ให้ได้ โดยเหตุที่เราหมั่นตรวจสอบดวงใจตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา ด้วยสมาธิอันดีของเรานั้นเอง เมื่อทำลายความหยากในกามกิเลสความสกปรกในดวงใจได้หมดแล้วเท่านั้นเอง ทันใดนั้นก็บรรลุได้ชีวิตใหม่ทันใดเลย ก็จะเห็นเองจากปัญญาวิเศษภายในของตนเอง เห็นความจริงเกี่ยวกับชีวิตที่ประเสริฐ เกี่ยวกับความว่างเปล่าในจิตใจ ที่ซึ่งความทุกข์ทั้งหลายหายไปหมดสิ้น ที่สุดของโลกเก่าของเราไปสู่โลกใหม่แห่งโลกนิพพาน ชีวิตใหม่แห่งโลกใหม่ โลกที่ ไม่มีอะไร ที่ซึ่งไม่มีความกลัว อะไรเลย ไม่มีวัย ไม่มีหนุ่มสาว ไม่มีแก่ และไม่มีความตาย ไม่มีความทุกข์อีกเลย มีแต่ความสุขแบบอมตะนิรันดร ขอจงพยายามนะ พยายามไปตลอดวัยรุ่นของเธอเพื่อไปสู่ความสำเร็จที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดของความสำเร็จทั้งหลายตามแนวทางของพระพุทธเจ้า สำหรับโลกใหม่ยุคทันสมัยยุคนี้เลยทีเดียว สวัสดี!💛🐔

The time has come [for you] to develop perseverance in [your] practice. For, at this singular opportunity, you could attain the everlasting bliss [of nirvāṇa]. So now is [certainly] not the time to sit idly, But, starting with [the reflection on] death, you should bring your practice to completion! The moments of our life are not expendable, And the [possible] circumstances of death are beyond imagination. If you do not achieve an undaunted confident security now, What point is there in your being alive, O living creature?”🍂
