The whole world is like no one, nothing We are really alone We are truly disconnected from the world from the universe.

beware of loneliness mourning Even if there is no fear, no worries, nothing, there is only equanimity. not rejoicing in anything Then, after experiencing this truth, that is cessation.

That is the seeker of liberation. Be sure to let go of seclusion Practice creating a feeling of loneliness like this in your mind. until a way of life It will gradually get close to the extinction every time. until the simplest extinction in the end
